Over 100 stages spread across five exhilarating worlds made of Jungle, Clay, Wood, Metal and Cardboard.
8 mini-games including fan-favourite Monkey Target, Monkey Bingo, Number Ball and more.
Tilt, touch, blow or use the dual sticks to guide your monkeys through the game.
Create your own stages using PS Vita’s camera feature and share with friends.
Wi-Fi enabled online multiplayer mode.
Using the GPS function, compare your standings locally or against players from around the world.
Pretty cheap as well, going for £12.99 at Amazon.
Initial impressions suggest Sega has gone back to basics with levels that made the original Gamecube version the best (imo) release in the series. Once you get to the advanced levels, the challenge increases to the level where you know if you die it was your fault and you want one more go which is perfect.
Anyone else got it?
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Splitz
Oooh. They've dropped the price at Amazon. I've got £5 Amazon credit too...
As long as you don't have anger issues if you get frustrated and hurl your Vita, you will be fine. Normal was pretty easy, but advanced offers a great challenge. For £7.99, you really can't go wrong.

Is this the one with the breasts?
Japan only as far as I am aware, there are plenty of websites for that sort of stuff though...
I got it for 15 in Game today.
The breasts were in the Japanese demo level. It was really just made using the level editor thingy. Which, on the demo at least, seemed to only create very flat, easyish levels.

is it worth a punt for 15 ?
Really depends on what type of games you like and how much patience you have. Any you tube video will show you how the main game plays, plus there are loads of mini games included as well as multi player.
Or you could just try the demo of course.
It's very good. Difficulty seems to be ramping nicely. It's monkey Ball. My wife asked me why I need to play another one
Thinking about it. I have played every one! I even got some enjoyment out of the challenges on Adventure.
Have you started the advanced levels yet?
Difficulty starts to raise dramatically. Loving the challenge so far.
@Kangoo yup. Lots of fun.
Amazon price creeping down...
Have you bought it yet? Would have bought it at full price so well happy with the budget price.
I'm ashamed to say I haven't. I'm being indecisive on the back of not having completed half a dozen Vita games I already own, plus wanting this, Virtue's Last Reward, Most Wanted and AC Liberation.
This is probably the best fit for a handheld, ideal for picking up between sessions on stuff like AC:L. Shame Sega messed up the PSN pricing as this is perfect for having on you permanently.
