So, after inadvertently hurling myself off of a building for the hundreth time due to awful wonky controls I ejected my Assassin's Creed Brotherhood disc and snapped it in half.

    Fuck you Assassin's Creed.

What games have driven you crazy?

    Never have.

However... I did once throw a Playstation pad against the wall playing a frustrating game (I forget which).

I also broke several of the nuclear bombproof Atarti VCS joysticks playing Squirm on the C64.

Perhaps you should have focused more on getting better at the game than smashing shit up because things don't go your way.

I once launched an Amiga disk (can't remember which) out of the upstairs window in frustration once.

I once threw a rattle out of my pram, apparently.

Give yourself 5 or gig, you're worth it.

When I was 9 or so I got my thumb stuck in the hole of my Spiderman (PS1) disc and my uncle had to snap it in half. I was gutted, that game was great. I've never intentionally snapped a disc though, that's dumb as fuck.

    Rage-uninstalls, on the other hand...

I still have that Spider-Man game, and the sequel with Electro

Jedi Power Battles on PSone was my last. I know now I wasn't doing it right (if memory serves, I never blocked), but at the time it made me feel better.

To be fair, it wasn't on purpose. I hit the Playstation with the controller prong, which split the game inside in half. You could almost count that as a design flaw if it weren't for the fact only immature men-children like myself experience it. Did it once becore that with Exhumed.

I'd kick the living daylights out of the producers of Tipping Point - Ghandi

PES 2012 is the closest I've ever been to snapping a disk in half! It drove me crazy at times!!

I just couldn't bring myself to do it though, so I traded it in on Amazon about a month ago instead. An 8.60 Amazon gift voucher is far better than a broken disc if you ask me.

Still holding off on buying PES 2013 for fear that I'll get the Pro Evo rage again!

I've got a history of violence with computer and video games. No longer a problem, but when I was young:

    1. After loosing a few too many times at Rastan Saga, I punched my Spectrum +2 keyboard so hard that it bowed in the middle, down about 2cm. It still worked though.

    2. Shortly after brining my PS1 back from HMV on the release date, Wipeout proved so frustrating, that I threw the controller at the wall and broke it.

    3. After a getting to the final round of an eight-round championship of two-player Tekken with four mates, I ended up loosing in the last round and then taking the fight into the real-world. I don't see that friend anymore.

I have found the jumping in completely the wrong direction tendencies of Ass Creed games quite frustrating. I've never snapped a disc though, that's just silly.

    Portable view - Never forget.

When I was wee I bought Megadrive Global Gladiators from a jumble sale with some meagre pittance I'd scraped together (no pocket money for me)

Got it home and it wouldn't play, turned out someone had put an NTSC copy in a PAL case.

I couldn't convince my parents to drive back so I could get my 5 back so I took the only reasonable course of action and smashed it into tiny bits in the garden.

Probably gave me more pleasure than the game would have in retrospective.

I once watched a friend of mine rip Virtua Soccer out of his Dreamcast, slam it down on the floor, jump up and down on it before throwing it out of the window.

I once trashed the plastic housing of a SNES case with a hammer, a long time a ago. It was the first John Madden game and I was tired of losing.

Looking back on it I am glad I fucking did it, because it taught me a very valuable lesson. Don't play when you are upset because there is absolutely no fucking point.

The game still works and I have played different Madden games since, But I've learned to move on from where I'm not enjoying a game.

The other time I broke a nice clamshell Panasonic mobile phone. There was nothing wrong with the phone, I just got fed up of being called on it by a specific person and I just had enough.

I hope to be smarter, use my noggin and not break things in the future but I am a fallible human being so time will tell.

That was silly. What will you have left to throw when the zombies attack?

I tend to throw game discs rather than snap them but I did snap Need for Speed into bits but the game didn't cause me to do that tbh.

Actually I once cracked my PC case by punching it after a pop-up appeared whilst several levels into Dodonpachi without dying... causing me to not be able to control it and die.

I did once go beyond anger, when I played Need for Speed on the DS shortly after launch. I just took the game out and stared at it in bemusement at how anyone could possibly think that game was in a fit state to be released.

I've played some shit in my time but that was probably the single worst waste of 25 in 25 years of gaming.

Latest game for me was Nier. The part where you have to fish. It was SO infuriating.
I've snapped MLB the show 11 and mirrors edge on the time trials bit.
I regret the MLB game but fuck the others

I'd have been gutted too if my uncle snapped my thumb in half.
