Mentions message shows wrong Thread

    Just to let you know I got a mentions message and it shows the message is from the wrong Thread.
    The actually links work and I can get to the message but is just a bit confused.

    So it says:
    ScoutTech Hey! XXXXX mentioned you on threadY

    But the message is actually from threadZ.

    Hope that makes sense!
