I saw this band at the weekend. And by far the best live band i have ever seen. So much energy. Left me in a pretty special place which only roger waters the wall tour had done.

Having enjoyed most videos by OK Go, i'm now overdosing on their music. Not the best band i've ever heard, but some very satisfying music.

A friend of mine denied that black metal is punk. Preposterous.

Does anyone have a RateYourMusic account? I made one recently but don't actually follow anyone on it. Might be cool to see what some of the other music fans are liking.

God yeah, I wouldn't even try and attempt that. I largely use it for rating new stuff, just so I can keep track of what I'm listening to as much as anything.

    t.A.T.u. - 200 km/h in the Wrong Lane
Certainly not something I'd listen to often. In fact, I hated this band back in the days... The album itself is very meh with only two or three decent songs.

Plugged in the ol' Sega Saturn and fired up some Duke Nukem 3D. Fuck me, that shit's unplayable now. How did I tolerate these controls back then, was I on drugs?! Soundtrack's still ace though.

    Hendrix documentry on BBC4.

    Star Spangled Banner at Woodstock.

Still amazing. I amsure that performance captures how humanity would appear to any alien race. A vicious scared self-saluting destruction. No wonder extra terrestrials alomst never visit us...
