I bought that 4 or 5 years ago on CD and only spun it once. Must give it a proper go sometime.

I am willing to be put right on this, but aren't Haim actually pretty decent?

Like a happy middle ground between Patti Smith and Fleetwood Mac? Produced with a nice John Leckie style sound?

Swing Low Magellan by Dirty Projectors.

Listened to it at least a dozen times in 3 days. It's insanely catchy and very beautiful at times.

Fans of Haim should listen to Valli Girls, they band they were previously. They sang the theme tune for the cartoon Trollz.

Is the new Fleetwood Mac stuff any good? And is it really only available through iTunes? :-(

Genuinely exciting post punk stuff where, for once, all the music press hype seems to be justified. Although you may want to skip to just after the 1 minute mark if you feel the spoken intro is a tad overblown.

The all have quite an "80s" sound going on there which is quite nice... the song itself felt a bit dull and like it didn't go anywhere - nice bass tone, though :D

    Bob Dylan tambourine man.

I just need to see led zeppelin to have seen all my favorite greats.
Seen Bob Dylan, Bb king, rolling stones, chuck berry and will see black Sabbath later this year, zeppelin will finish it and they are talking 2014 tour.

    Yes the EP is excellent.
I'm a bit of a Mac/Buckingham megafan though, but if you enjoyed "Say You Will" then you will enjoy this.
Buckingham axe playing top form as ever.
Sad Angel, sounds a bit like "Countdown"
    Without You, is classic Buckingham/Nicks
It takes Time, Great piano, and Buckingham whisper
Miss Fantasy, Maybe the weakest of the 4 tracks, still a lot to like.

...The Mac are bck (yet again :) )

"Duffman the grey is thrusting in the direction of the problem! Oh, yeah!"

2manydjs- As Heard on Radio Soulwax.

this makes boring office tasks much more enjoyable when wearing headphones- working with the sales team with 'Fuck the Pain Away' mashed into 'Where's your head at?' playing in one ear has never felt more appropriate.

Think I'll just switch everything off.

Miguel - kaleidoscope dream. Amazing soul pop rnb type album. Stunning voice. Slick as fuck.

Defeat is not getting knocked down, but refusing to get back up.
