I love Katamari, I've bought them all and this one looks good, but they can go fuck themselves this time. The same old shit regurgitated and day one DLC for £4.79.|
Roll your Katamari up your arses.
That being said, has anyone played it?
Touch My Katamri
It's similar to Katamari but theres a bit missing you have to buy for £4.79
So hang on, do you care about it or not?
One moment you want Namco to roll Katamari up their arses, the next you want to know what people think of it.
I'd rather some else pay for the privilege

i have preordered , waiting for it to turn up , agree the dlc is very disappointing but hoping the main game will be sufficient
Is anyone happily touching up their Katamari or should I not bother picking this up on my way home?
Bought it but haven't tried it yet, its mid-download on my PS3.

I've got my copy, haven't fired it up yet but will do later on. I'll try and remember to come back with my thoughts.
Seems to be a bit cheaper than a lot of the other games, I might end up getting it eventually. Haven't played a Katamari game for a while.

My physical copy of Ridge Racer had an 8 quid ( or 10 euro) PSN discount code off Katamari download version.
PSN price is 25 quid ( before discount).
If you want Katamari anyway means you effectively get Ridge Racer for approx 10 quid.

I want this game now, my love of Katamari has warped my mind, anyone want to swap my preorder code thingy for a Katamari discount code from Ridge Racer?

I recently finished all requests on this. After playing all the other games in series I can honestly say, This is the shortest one to date.
It took me little over 4 hours to get everything done and unlock all the bonus modes.
Dont get me wrong the game is great and the new moves really add to the experience, But again like RR it just feels half assed. You cant even roll up planets or even leave earth which is what I love doing in game.
Luckily I only borrowed this as otherwise I would feel ripped off.Yes there will be more dlc to extend the life, But thats not the point I wanted the katamari experience.
Got myself a 8 quid off code, tried using it in the namci website and the stupid thing keeps saying 'this needs to an email addrese'
Put my email address in, tried three different ones now, anyone else had all this ?
You're probably spelling them wrong, going by the title of this thread.

I have an £8 discount voucher code if anyone is planning on downloading this. Message me
This is £12 on PSN until tomorrow, if anyone's interested.
It is a bit short, and lacks the traditional tiny-to-world-devouring epic final level, but worth the price IMO.
BUT the DLC is a particularly convoluted form of F2P: 7 (so far) requests which you download for free and then unlock using a special currency that you can either roll up in-game (but they're rare as hen's teeth) or buy for real money in the PSN shop.
Totted it up and the 7 levels work out at about £21 if you shell out real world money for them.
So if you buy it in the sale you could essentially get a full-length game for about £30. But it does seem an overly cynical way of doing it. And Katamari really shouldn't be a cynical game.
