I fucking love TV. It's better than any nightcub. Music you hate. Hot girl in the middle you can never get. Fucking shit. And she's thick as fudge btw. So back to the tv discussion.

I love Storage Wars. I have fallen in love with this programme. Yupppppppppppppp!

what else... iceroad truckers is always good, it's like stoberts but with death. :D

I like or love Bear Grylls. he does some awesome shit. I put discovery on Friday night and he was doing something I thought I'd never see outside a film. He had a plane semi land and hang out the back. He's fucking SAS. These boys have done this shit forever. Also. the americans, we gifted them the information and held back so they could get their victory on that 9/11 cunt. Nobody mentions the fact SAS british guys spent 4 weeks before that happened. They were told to leave it and let the Americans have there day :D

Just watching ep1 of Open All Hours on bbc2. Nurse Gladys with an Irish accent? That's not Lynda Barron is it?

Edit: Ah, misleading continuity annoucement. It's not ep 1, it's the 'pilot' from the Ronnie Barker series 'Seven of One', from three years before series one proper. Not surprising it's a bit different then.

    Edit2: Sheila Brennan apparently.

That James Martin looks a bit more widescreen these days. Guess he's been nibbling too much on Saturday Kitchen.

I always assumed he nibbled on the devils cock, maybe that's why he's bulking out.

Watching the Adam richman weekend on food network UK where they are showing all his different shows back to back. I'm yo-yo-ing between shaking my head and going wow I wanna eat that! Part entertainment and part inspiration ;-)

More Inspiration for after the burgers then?

I love Man v Food. Some of the amounts of food he eats would cause me to burst!

The cheese burger with a crispy creme doughnut instead of a bun, and him describing it with superlatives like a freaking gourmet.

Just fucking gluttony at its basest level :D

Man v food in Pittsburgh at the sandwich shop. Fish and chips sandwich, bread is like door stops, slap down a large slab of fried fish, big handful of chips on top with homemade coleslaw. Sandwich is so big you have to dislocate your jaw just like the aliens did in the original V TV show:)

Or the 42 inch pizza with a slice as big as a baby. Want to try that deep pan pizza where the toppings are in reverse order, cheese on the bottom and the sauce on top

Yup love the show. Think it should be on 24/7 on all the Tvs in gyms in front of the treadmills

They pretty much show Man V Food back to back anyway. It's quite funny they are making a 'feature' weekend!

This show is on more than Top Gear.

A night with the Stars with Prof Cox on at the moment. I just caught a glimpse of Charlie Brooker groping Connie Huq, the dirty bastard.

This post is unsuitable for those with a high rumour-sensitivity.

Speaking of Charlie Brooker, finally got around to watching the first Black Mirror trilogy this weekend. Really enjoyed all three episodes - well worth a watch if you never caught them first time around. I'm reluctant to talk too much about them as you're best-served going into them with no knowledge whatsoever as I did.

I think the third was my favourite, though, as even though it was high-concept, it was still about real people and their relationships and thus was entirely believable.

Yeah the 3rd was my favourite of the bunch too. There was something more disturbing watching the tangled relationship issues in that than the thought of the PM fucking a pig on live TV. Odd really.

Bruce Willis on the One Show now, he appears to have no discernable personality. Or he's on crack.

He's Bruce Willis, he doesn't really need to have a personality.

Just left the TV on BBC1 after watching the news and I see they've commissioned another hilarious northern comedy. I guess we should just be glad it doesn't feature an Irish man in drag.

This pope special on BBC2 is a masterclass in slow, dramatic zooming in. Over and over, as nothing remotely dramatic happens.
