your best bet is to score attack the train station level until you start getting decent trophies. Its a really good level for learning the systems, the enemies and generally getting to grips with how to play.

If you just plough through it, the game gets harder before you get better, if you see what i mean.

Its pure platinum in that respect.
You've sold me. Sounds exacty like W101. If I hadn't played the demo for 4 hours beforehand I would have been struggling quite soon into the main game.

I do actually, although the PS3 is sold and the money tucked away I held on to the 360 for GTA5 (which surprisingly I'm not getting much chance to play as the wife hates it with a passion - too much swearing and general nastiness).

I was probably a bit overwhelmed with Bayo when it first came out - but if I could handle W101 I reckon might be ok with it now as I think a lot of the systems are the same.

    Should be pretty cheap too.
Haha, exactly the same for me. I've been persuading her to play/watch, just so I can actually get some solid time with it. She hates it, because of the general nastiness and abundance of swearing. I keep persuading her it's just an interactive action film, and more of a comedy action film.
Mine went to bed in a strop because of the 2 girl dance stripper scene as I was trying to top out the girls 'like' meters.

The next night was Trevor's intro mission which earned me huge, multiple rolleyes.

    I haven't had it on since :(

Good to see a few people are now gunning for a John Wu after seeing the fun, slick, 60fps magic compared to what was on offer on the PS4 and Xbone.
You are such a bloody fanboy*

    *sounds good though

    In the real world however...

Edit - Maybe that explains why they're "buying" space.

Looks like they are reversing their stance, probably due to many lollipops being handed over by Nintendo.

Yes it is. And it is seriously required.
  • Deleted user 27 September 2013 13:48:00
    Anyone for a lollipop?
  • Deleted user 27 September 2013 13:48:26
They should do a PX programme to get dusty-Wii owners to trade up.

I'd probably swap my Wii for some clubcard vouchers.

I cant really see how buying shelf space in tescos is going to turn this sinking ship around.
  • Deleted user 27 September 2013 14:24:24
Anything that makes neogaf look dumb is fine by me.

Next up: leaving a Wii U on every doorstep in Britain with an attached note saying "Please Play Me".

With a lollipop sellotaped on top of each console.

I just think exposure, if people are continously bombarded with it, and with x1 and ps4 numbers limited, people might bite at christmas. If they don't, then i guess its looking rather desperate for them and the console. I guess its all or nothing.

It's doubtful that it'll see them going much past an additional shelf. They were down to two for all of their products together... pretty pathetic really.

I can't speak for all Tesco's but mine has always been terrible for Nintendo stuff. Even the really popular stuff like Pokemon. They've been ramping it up for a while though, even as the rest of their gaming space has been slowly eroding, so it's certainly okay there. That's one store though.

    Good example here:

    vs

That's two units for Wii, WiiU, DS, 3DS vs three units for the 360 alone.

My Tesco has ditched every platform in the past few months. Nintendo were first to disappear, but Xbox and PlayStation titles have gone too. All that was left was a separate stand exclusively for GTA V, which may no longer be there anymore.
  • Deleted user 27 September 2013 15:52:21
mine has two for each brand, with a massive skylanders stand, and console/accessory stand.

  • Deleted user 28 September 2013 14:04:26

  • Deleted user 28 September 2013 17:26:14
