So what would be the best way to sum up that particular post of his?

I find it annoying, tbh. I find the greatest pleasure is interacting with the levels and finding surprises, rather than clambering around them, if that makes sense.

    Ymmv, obv.

@nickthegun Wasn't as spongey in 2, personally I had alot of fun trying to create crap levels with my son. Co op was fun too.

A good grease with some reasonable dripping.

If LBP had been on the Wii or WiiU ecosse would have 100% defended it to the hilt.

LB, you really are a massive geek.

It would be a perfect fit for the wii u. The gamepad would be ace for designing levels. Sling in Mario rather than sackboy and call it a day.

I should be a game designer.

They should have done that with Mario U. It's criminal that they release a pad and stylus and don't let you do anything creative with it, apart from sketching on Miiverse.

I would buy that. Seems like the perfect fit for that pad.

I really cant imagine why they wouldnt put even a rudimentary level creator in NSMBU other than they just couldnt be arsed.

My kids have alot of fun with Nintendo Land and Lego City.

I think I've gotten most mileage out of the browser so far.

This is a company that got worried about customers getting distracted by content they didn't pay for, consequently introducing the innovation of limited use game demos to consoles.

Any sort of plan that involved users creating and sharing their own content would get quickly culled.

They are almost certainly terrified that someone will create a level made entirely of POW blocks in the shape of a huge cock.

I loved the editor in the first one, although things fell apart between testing for some reason.

For anyone who doesn't know, you can now claim stars for digital downloads on Wii U and 3DS. Even the free ones. It's 50 stars a pop, but it all adds up.

Mario 3d coming before October, shitloads of good stuff coming 2nd half of the year say C&VG

Of course it's clearly not true as Nintendo are actually withdrawing support for the console and it'll be cancelled anytime soon.

    Shitloads?

    -New Super Luigi DLC
    -Pikmin 3
    -The Wonderful 101
    -Wii Party U
    -Wii Fit U
    -LoZ: Wind Waker HD
    -Mario 3D
DLC for a game already released. Wii Fit. Wii Party - They can be trashed already.

That leaves Mario 3D. Pikmin, and W101.

    That's hardly shitloads.

I hope they don't rush the 3D Mario. As great as 3D Land is, you can tell it was pushed out the door early.
