Right. I can't stand it any longer. I simply must get a Wii U. All I want is the premium one - I'll get the games later, if it's not cost effective. I can see one for 294, but there must be cheaper than that? And is it best to get the games separately? Ideally, I'd like zombi U and NSMBU

Premium comes with Nintendoland, that'll keep you entertained for ages until you decide to get another game.

@quadfather I did the same deal! Delivery was right on time too! The courier Sainsbury use give you an hour slot in which they will deliver your stuff!

Have to disagree with this. It's a good game yes, it was enough to entertain me for an evening and I still play it regularly, but I went out and bought NSMBU the next day as I needed a meatier experience as well as the gentle distractions offered by Nintendo land

@roz123 @razz The way I had done it was by following the paths down... but may have to try that cheeky one out next time :)
There is another way, instead of taking that last jump,, roll back the other way and drop one wheel over the ledge and roll back to the jump on one wheel and drop the second wheel down at the impossible jump. I've seen it done like that but never been able to do it myself.

Put more time into Nintendoland the NSMBU which I've finished, nearly 3 hours alone in the battleship in Metroid :D

    Each to there own.

@quadfather Nintendoland, NSMB U and so on are great but really you have to convince somebody to play with you it's so much fun to play it together with someone else.

Yeah, sounds the same as NSMB on the Wii - loved it single player, but absolutely brilliant co-op

Do you remember how many levels you had to do on Balloon Trip? I got to the level where I was dodging a giant diamond of black spikey things that kept criss crossing the screen, it seemed impossible.
I got to day 7, I think. I love it though, so i've had loads of practice!

Wii U console costs $175 to repair, GamePad costs $85

Excuse the alien currency. I'm sure you can "do the math".

Just picked up Trine 2 and Nano Assault off of the e-shop. Trine 2 is a 1943Mb download and has an ETA of 2 hours after doing 18%.

These download speeds from Nintendo are insulting. I feel sorry for all the poor fuckers on Christmas morning who are going rip open their pressies, connect up and turn on their Wii Us and then get bolloxed for several hours waiting for the 2 patches to download, because the setup wizard advises it.
  • Deleted user 6 December 2012 18:39:55
Took me 30 minutes to download Trine 2 last night.

I've no idea why my downloads are so slow. It's just from Ninty. It might be that my region on the U is set to UK, but I'm in Swissy.

@Sponz switch force took about 10 minutes to DL earlier, 500+mb.

If you do that it'll probably use grab from the UK CDN

Rayman Legends has a confirmed release date of February 28th.

I was going to make a thread for it but i'm on the Wii U browser and it didn't seem to work.

@MatMan562 the amount of high quality releases in Feb/March is completely and utterly insane and now with WiiU thrown into the mix, there's another bunch of titles added to that list. Cry.
