Registered 6 years agoI'll be playing the heat later on, good to hear they've fixed the rankings thing.
Played a few games yesterday and have realised that, much like pool, I only stop being completely awful after a certain level of booze consumption. Hit a sweet spot last night where I seemingly couldn't lose, no matter what I did, which was nice. Didn't last long though and went badly downhill after the next half bottle of wine. Also, have no real clue as to how to finish a game when it's down to the last two. Mostly seem to end up going all-in unnecessarily through boredom. I've never been any good at poker. -

Registered 9 years agoAll in is pretty much the only way to finish a tournament. You can chip away at each other, but sooner or later one of you will get to the point where doubling up is the only way to stay in the game.GT: robthehermit

Registered 5 years agoAh ok then, guess I'll just have to keep playing & kick some more ass. Shame it's mostly bot ass though, weird that there were allegedly 15K players yet the tables seem mostly full of AI.Playing all the right notes— but not necessarily in the right order.

I think it groups together friends lists and matches who is on at the same time as other peoples friends and puts everyone in one place, then fills up the rest with bots.Speak the truth hussy!

This game is incredibly awesome. We had loads of Eurogamers playing last night in the live tv heat gameshow. So funny when people get demoted. The one diamond table is officially now known as the special table

Full House Poker TV game show. Wow, this is good. Think 1vs100 live but with poker. I actually won last night. You enter a live tv session with tier tables. One, two and three diamond depending on how you're doing, getting promoted or demoted. I started on the one diamond table with 2,500 last night and ended up on the triple diamond winning over 2,000,000. The table promote/demote thing is a masterstroke.
Good games to all those who played, that was an awesome night on XBL. Ironically down this afternoon, now I want to get back to the pokerlols. -

You're usually stuck all evening on a table with 9 bots, even when you get promoted/demoted. On very few occasions you'll get one or two humans getting to your table and those will go all-in all night long.
I'm sorry, this live show is just ridiculous. -

Marco did you have any problems with people just being taken off tables and plonked in an alternate universe? robthehermit and local both had that yesterday it's bizarre.
