Do you really think Ben Arfa is in the same class as the likes of Bale and Suarez?
I'll side with Shikasma here - Ben Arfa has been injured for a while so a lot of people have forgotten about him. He is ABSOLUTELY up there with Bale and Suarez for natural ability - if he was as injury-free as Bale and Suarez people would agree.

Watching the video below, i genuinely struggle to think of another player in the Premiership who has as much skill and can go past a player (or two or three players) so easily :

I will reiterate though : im not saying hes better than Bale or Suarez, but, when hes fit and on form, he's definitely in the same league as them.

    Personally, I wouldn't swap you.

Personally, i wouldnt swap you either. Fully-fit on-form Ben Arfa over fully-fit on-form Bale any day.

    Sorry but that's ridiculous.

    Sorry, but thats my opinion.

The amount of people and players needed to fix games in that sense, I dunno, just can't see it being any team. Far more likely to involve officials imo.

    Chelsea Barcelona 2009
  • Deleted user 4 February 2013 12:08:04
Are you suggesting Chelsea took money to lose the game?

Makes sense I guess. Would explain the over-exuberant protesting by Drogba as well to cover tracks. OK, I'm convinced.

    That won't be as controversial.
    Wilfred Zaha over both, tbh.

Ultrasoundwave has muddied the water so we can no longer see the real claims from the parody.

I'd like to stick my head in and say I'd swap our entire French continent for Bale. I like Ben Arfa, but Bale's something else.

Also, surely Cabaye is our outstanding player rather than Ben Arfa?
  • Deleted user 4 February 2013 12:59:38
You have an entire continent? That is a lot of people to swap for Bale. I think you might have a deal.

I could've misspelled contingent, but continent works too. :)
