Im watching a game in the pub, one team is Arsenal but I have no clue who the other team are, the club abbreviation on the scoreboard is IDN, who are they?!  I don't want to ask the other pub goers and expose my ignorance!

You watching this friendly, Trowel? It's on EPLSite, but felt obliged to buy it off the Everton site. Plus the quality is better.

1-0 down in 12 mins. Lots of passing, but across your box gifting goals isn't the greatest move.

Yeah, watching it on a stream after the club fucked up the streaming last year. Might buy it now they seem to have sorted out the problems for this summer.

Sloppy goal to give away but some nice possession football from us at times, even with a very experimental line-up.

Team is littered with names that hardly got a shout with Moyes. Tho I guess that's the point. For the majority out there Roberto has thrown them a bone.

I can see why Wigan conceded so many. We have nothing at the back.

Villa have just had the third friendly so far in our tour of Germany and they have all ended 1-1. Friendlies are not that indicative of the next season so I'm not sure what to make of the results.

You are a factory of sadness.

Oh god, until proper football starts are we going to start pretending pre-season friendlies in promotional tours are indicative of things?

    that's worse than transfer bollocks.

These pre season friendlies are embarrassing for the premier league.

It's only Arsenal that's done anything.

I did suggest that I don't really see the relevance of them and that they don't indicate much. Still, it's interesting to hear how everyone is doing even if one doesn't ascribe much to it.

You are a factory of sadness.

Oh man, the pre-season games being used as a way to assess how we'll perform next season is definitely worse than the transfer bollocks.

Waiting on the "Giroud to be top scorer/we don't need s striker" movement to begin. Sadly, I predict not only will Wenger believe it, but so will I (I already am as I type this.

    PODOLSKI FOR CF

Podolski always looked the perfect inside-left from his Germany performances, he's done pretty well considering last season was his first season in the EPL (16 goals in 42 apps). A lot of people have written him off because a lot more was expected from an established German international, but I think he could have a good season now but really he needs to play off a center forward with Walcott on the right side of him.

Great, guess we can take some consolation from the fact that even saf would have lost him to pep.

Just watching the womens game between Iceland and Germany. I swear the German's womens team is technically better than England's mens team.
I was thinking exactly the same thing. Obviously Iceland weren't great, but the way they passed the ball and knew where each other were put England men's team to shame

Still, it's probably a good sign for Man U that Moyes see's your midfield needs strengthening.

It's all going to be spun as a 'Man Yoo in MELTDOWN. Moyes OUT!' but there was never any chance once Bayern put on their interest.
