I watched it, probably worth it in the end. I especially enjoyed his comment comparing the length of the great wall to that of the M6.

I don't think you can help but like it if you like Karl.. Stephen sends him on the trip to broaden his mind, Ricky sends him on the trip to piss him off, the viewer gets a bit of both (mainly Ricky's version) :)

That's pretty much on the button, I reckon. Karl's so much more normal without that stupid idiot gurning and yelping in the background.

Yeah I kind of get the feeling Karl is actually a very good actor. I think he is far more clued up than is being portrayed. Still a very funny programme.

Felt really sorry for Karl yesterday. Although he was obviously ill he gave everything a go and seemed impressed with the Taj Mahal when he finally got there.

Making him stay in that crap honeymoon suite seemed unnecessarily cruel.

He's certainly not stupid, but I think a lot of his reactions in the programme are genuine.

Fantastic programme, really makes me laugh and Karl's a genuinely likeable and funny bloke.

I dont think he's acting as such, he's just a normal fella with some bonkers opinions and ideas.

I know someone very similar to him. He was on about terrorists using bomb rigged cats in hot air balloons the other night and I almost pissed myself laughing. Had to be there I suppose... :)

He's got to be acting. The entire premise of his comedy is that people are completely taking the piss out of him and laughing at him the whole time. He'd be the most demoralised man in the world.

    I've never felt this lost.

    Not even in Wales :)

Only seen the first one, but enjoyed it. Not quite as hysterical as the radio shows and podcasts, but funny nonetheless.

Those half formed eggs actually taste pretty good with some salt and vinegar. Supposed to be really good for you too.

Not sure what to make of this series, its funny but its not really informative or interesting in any way, I learn more about KP than I do about the countries.
