It can fire the Frag 12 shotgun shell which looks like the below.

Now come on that looks hi-tech. It sort of looks like the type of projectile Apple might come up with.

Woh! That looks somewhat awesome, I agree. Casing looks a bit 80's though. Does it come in white?

I think it only comes in Chrome. It is American after all. I am surprised it does not have air brushed flames on it.

Here is a nice demo video.

Apparently although it is designated CBU, it isn't treated like a cluster bomb in terms of laws and stuff I don't really know about, due to its not-so-random nature. I believe the skeets either self destruct or disarm if they don't find a target.

I spend too much time on the DCS forums. Love using that in DCS A-10.

    Jetplanes with lasers!

Not just ordinary lasers mind! No, they'll be STAR-WARS style lasers according to that article, which means we can see them and they move slowly and make a zippy pew noise. How awesome is that?!

Always some good videos on this site. Plus the fitness section has some good workouts

As soon as lasers are used extensively in a real conflict, they'll become way less cool.

Oh no wait, everyone loves guns.

As long as they're STAR WARS style lasers, war will be brilliant. Guns are rubbish 'cos you cannot see the bullets. Missiles are good 'til they go out of sight.

ALso: rail-gun update! Pew! Thanks for that.

A third landing attempt after all the spectators had left was apparently aborted by the X-47B after it "self detected a computer anomaly" and took itself off to land ashore
Yeah, robots are going to take over the world.

    Missiles that never miss

Except, errr, when they do, but who'd want to see that? #6 is my favourite. "Missed! You cunt!" you'll think, but look again!

    Story.

    Railgun still rules everything though.

Last I heard, missiles that didn't miss (modern ones), were called "hitiles". Least thats what I was told when I was in the military.
