A Dortmund fan on Twitter said their fans were buying some of the tickets that are on general sale and had their bookings cancelled by City. Said they bought some on general sale when they came to Emirates and we didn't say anything.
Yeah there were a couple of german guys sat in front of me that game.

Actually remembering, i still think they had the best away fans i've ever seen at the emirates.

They were great when we played them at Highbury too. Completely took over the Pins, to the point that we were directed to the other bar. Never known that before and they were slightly terrifying...

"look at me and my highbury stories" :-P

i remember being in the pins before the cardiff fa cup match a few years ago reading my programme... i was there quite early, i'm thinking hey its quite loud in here, suddenly i look up and the whole place is full of rowdy cardiff fans. i'm like ok, had a bit of banter with the guys around me, then left at normal time to walk down to the ground, and as i left the police outside the door were like "wtf you doing in there, its an away pub".

Looking forward to the game against FC Nordsjaelland, apparently they are "The Danish Barcelona" although I think thats a bit tounge in cheek and they will be more like Swansea (they even have a Laudrup). I wonder if Di Matteo will make a few changes, it would be nice to see Azpilicueta and Marin start.

I'm assuming Cleverley and Fatty will start for us with the players we've left behind.

Ballack has retired. Quality player, didn't quite set the prem on fire when he joined us but he was solid, reliable and rarely made a mistake.
I hope he gets a good testimonial.

I only just realised it was a five o'clock kick off for the Celtic game, might have to watch the second half when I get home.

Was a good goal and all, thought the tackle in MF might've been a foul but great from there

No way we're finishing with a full compliment of players here if the two bookings are anything to go by.

    Spartak are a bit pish.

They make us look presentable, not used to that in Europe.

Pitch is horrible, bounce may not look off, but it just bad enough to make the ball difficult to control, (technique is the name of a knock off stereo system in Scotland, not something footballers have)

Classic Celtic. Individual mistakes and comedy goals.
  • Deleted user 2 October 2012 18:12:07
And yeah for the money they've spend Spartak are utter dross.
  • Deleted user 2 October 2012 18:25:36
Reflol. Even the guy behind the goal shook his head. What chance you got?

Nice header by Samaras. Surprised that's Celtic's first away win in CL proper for 26 years.
