Behold him here and rip apart his look:

I think his eyes look too close together and the red colour is too red.

I always pictured Thor being 16 feet tall with a hammer the size of a Bus.

    This underwhelms me!

For the 10 or so minutes he was George Kirk in Trek i thought he did a great job. Though he'll have to gruff up his voice a bit for this role as he sounds a bit too fay to be THOR!

For those that stay behind during credits of Iron Man 2: you see Thor's hammer (Mjöllnir) somewhere in New Mexico

Thor just makes me think of the guy from Nickleback, with a hammer.

Therefore in my book Thor is a bit lame.

There might be an argument for not mentioning that spoiler at all. My own fault for reading it, but I could have done with not having had that revealed.

    Curses.

It's so obvious anyway. They could have done something a bit more leftfield.

Im looking forward to Chris Evans as Cap aswell, he was the best thing in both FF films...though that's not saying much.

Chris Evans can be a very good actor given the right material. His work in Sunshine was fantastic.

I like him, but I'm not sure he's Steve Rogers.

I was really holding out for Jon Hamm as Steve Rogers, but I guess they wanted someone younger.

Like what they're doing with Thor. I'd rather they did normal Marvel U youngish-Thor than crazy-old-man Ultimates Thor, and this seems somewhere between the two. So, cool enough.

Well, atleast its not Tom Cruise. He's been rumoured to be every comic superhero since Spiderman.

    Idris Elba

    /swoooooons

Uh huh. He's in The Losers too.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

I'm still getting over the fact that he is English.

And McNulty is an old Etonian posh boy!

I think most of that was PR from his own camp which failed. He was never in the running for Cap.
