Sofia score against Derry. 0-1 tonight, 0-2 overall. That's that then. Decent performance all the same

Yeah, either of those would be great. Even if they get hammered by an average team (as far as european football goes) though they'll have done themselves and the league proud.

    Edit- that was to TakeTheVeil

@ phAge - unlucky, when is the draw?
We won - and since Braga lost, OB is seeded! \o/

Now please let us draw St. Pats - that was loads of fun last time... :)

The draw is tomorrow around noon, BTW.

You hammered Pats a couple of years back right? Still, they probably want to play you (for a tiny chance of the league stages) or one of the bigger teams (for money) if they had a choice themselves. Win-win.

I remember being at a 0-0 at home. It was pretty dire stuff tbh. Dont remember the away score but we were fairly heavily defeated.

Dunno how the danish league has gone since then but St Pat's aren't as good as they have been over recent years.

Yeah - 5-0 here and a not quite as impressive 0-0 draw in the away. Still, we are a much, much stronger team now. Djemba Djemba has just signed a new contract with us 'till 2012! \o/

It'd be gas if OB drew St Pat's now actually. I'd have to see if I had some money to head over for it but Id love to.

Too right it would - great away and an excellent chance for us to go through to the group stages. :)

Although the best draw for you would probably be one of the real heavyweights, what with the telly-money an' all.

Heh - we'll certainly give you a run for your money. Peter Utaka (John's brother) scored a true hattrick for us tonight! :)

Anyway - good luck with the draw tomorrow - some real nasty teams in the hat, seeded and unseeded alike...

Wellwell - by grouping together 5 seeded and 5 unseeded teams, UEFA has actually put OB and St. Pat's in the same bowl - exciting stuff!

Haha.. its going to happen now! :D

The teams St Pat's can face,

    Aston Villa FC (ENG)
    Odense BK (DEN)
    FC Zenit St. Petersburg (RUS)
    FC Steaua Bucureşti (ROU)
    AC Sparta Praha (CZE)

Its actually a very difficult pot for us with Villa being the only 'big' team in terms of drawing a shit load of barstool fans out to give Pat's a payout.

Wouldn't mind a trip to Prague if i'm honest ('',)

Genoa, Rapid Vienna and Nacional could all give you a tought game. Maribor have a worse ranking than use so they must be useless

Thats the worst possible draw for me.. Theyre not particularly 'glamorous' like Villa or Zenit.. and we havent a chance against them like we would against OB

Genoa have lost both Diego Milito and Thiago Motta though, so they will be a lot weaker than they were during last season.

And have you seen their replacements?

IN: Floccari (f, Atalanta), Crespo (f, Inter), Bolzoni (m, Inter), Kharja (m, Siena), Tomovic (d, Red Star Belgrade), Forestieri (m, Vicenza), Pelè (m, Portsmouth), Troest (d, Parma), Moretti (d, Valencia), Palacio (f, Boca Juniors), Zapater (m, Real Zaragoza), Amelia (g, Palermo).

They've definitely invested the money well in strengthening the depth of the team, but I don't see anyone there who will replace Milito's goals.

I think Forestieri has left either on loan or sale, which is a shame as I'd like to see how he has panned out. He's got some reputation.
