    Currently I've been eating a lot of grilled pork marinaded in Nandos sauce, garlic, Worcester sauce and oil. Served with sauerkraut, and some baby leaf salad tossed in the remainder of the marinade. Cos that's what was left in my fridge. Tasty though.

    Just managed to turn a pork fillet, some onions, mushrooms and pasta into a pasta dish. How did I accomplish this masterful act? sour cream and reggae reggae sauce \o/

    I fancy making Teriyaki chicken tonight, I've never made it before and was wondering if anyone has any ideas of what to serve with it? the recipe just says white rice and sesame seeds but that seems a bit boring.

    Spaghetti Bolognese tonight. With any luck it will be waiting for me when I get home from work. Mrs Hermit is awesome.

    Homemade chicken and chorizo enchiladas (with jalapenos in mine) tonight. Mrs Mike is awesome as well :D

    Well make sure that you're using basmati rice for a start, infinitely superior to bog standard terrible rice.

    You could add some salt, pepper, olive oil, juice of half a lime, zest of said lime and a handful of fresh coriander to your rice for something a little less boring.

    I could eat that rice on it's own to be honest, it's bloody delicious.

    Not really, if I'm told I'm having shepherds pie, I start imagining all the tasty lamb mince with a bit of mint and a nice tasty gravy. If I then get given boring old every day cottage pie then I'm a bit gutted. Don't get be wrong, I love cottage pie, but shepherds pie is something we have so infrequently it's a bit of a treat.

    Gf has made fresh pizza dough so it'll be home made pizza, we have loads of chicken from the one used from the stock the other day so it'll be chicken and xxx pizza.
    Red pepper perhaps?

    Fried up some chicken in Patak's Madras paste, simmered with some chopped tomatoes, added some prawns and a massive chopped green chilli near the end. Nice.

    @Agent_Llama Pasanda shouldn't have peanuts as an ingredient. Almonds, yes.

    It should also be very mild, not really chilli spicy at all.

    Deep fried chicken with garlic and black pepper, spicy papaya salad, grilled pork and some sticky rice... Food of the gods. Washed down with a couple of glasses of wine and followed by pancakes.

    Tomorrow will be pepper steak and fries.
