Registered 2 years agoBBC News 24 regret they will not be bringing you the 10.00am headlines, due to continuing blanket coverage of the only news story on the planet today, the Kercher case, which has sexy young people killing each other, possibly. Try again at 11, perhaps something else will have happened by then. -

Registered 7 years agoDid anyone else just watch that Iranian / US thing on Newsnight about the plot to assassinate the Saudi ambassador? What did it remind me of, not wait, wait, it'll come to me...
It's WAR.

Also: She said: "Oxbridge is a fairly ridiculous and prominent elitist institution, yet unlike the monarchy or investment bankers it is rarely mocked.
Yeah, when was the last time someone mocked posh schools? -

I thought it was just an excuse to put up a picture of an attractive 19 year-old myself.
Her dad blatantly writes "copy" for the BBC website.
edit: Actually, it kinda reminds me of the stories you get in the papers when all the prospective uni students get their exam results back. You know, lots of girls jumping around hugging and maybe a sullen-looking guy in there somewhere so it isn't completely blatant.

Registered 11 years agoMr Rees-Madd, who was elected to Parliament for North East Somerset in 2010, recently suggested that council officials seeking to impose on-the-spot fins for minor offences should be forced to wear bowler hats.
This is why fewer MPs would be a good thing. There's just too many constituencies. The major parties are forced to put idiots up for election.
Why does Somerset even need MPs? Can't they just shut up and do as they're told by their betters?Support the Mowgli Dirty Protest!

I'd deliberately take a shit on the floor just to get a bowler hat.

Firstly he can't spell Mogg correctly, it's Mog and Mog the cat would be a more sane MP than him.
"If it's good enough for Scotland it's good enough for Somerset?" He's not doing Somerset any favours is he! -
