Can a UK PS2 Play American games?

    Right my friend in the USA, his kids have just broken their PS2, ive still got my old console.

    If i send him my PS2 will he and his kids be able to play their games on it?

    I think that if it's a slim one there was a simple disc swap method but for the old fatty ones you had have to mod them.

    He'd need a US PSU and he'd have to run Swap Magic (look it up) every time he wanted to play a US game....

    They could probably buy one in the states used cheaper than the postage costs.
