    Best news I have read.

I actually cheered out loud when I read it.

Several months too late, sadly. Would have played it on the Vita had I had the chance.

Would love some Vita news I can actually get excited by. Tired of ports and niche titles.

I have no idea what kind of game/play is that, something like Resi Evil? I might be living in the dark ages, but this is actually first I've heard about a Walking Dead *game*.

    The Master of Unlocking.

This is the first you've heard if it? Good grief! Read the EG reviews.

I love the niche quirky titles. You do need a mix of both but big expensives games take a long time to make. They're coming though

Syrette is growing increasingly irked at how much we are enjoying our Vitas.

    Er, what?

Why would I care about whether someone else enjoys their console? Especially strangers on a forum.

It's great that you're enjoying it, but many owners aren't as much. I'm annoyed because I like the console so much - I want it to be better (for me) than it is. If I didn't care about it I'd be apathetic about the software wouldn't I?

I'm not anti-niche/quirkiness by any means - just a lot more picky about such games.

Nor am I saying I need AAA Uncharted/CoD games to be satisfied. What I really want is more experiences like Gravity Rush.

    @Syrette

Maybe soul sacrifice is a good one for you? Not like gravity rush but a larger scope original game.

I for one can't wait for it but in the mean time I'm lapping up the indie titles and persona

Seems a strange game to port as you would think that anyone interested would have already sampled it on one of the many platforms it has been available on for months.

Don't get me wrong I loved the game but I would have been happier with them confirming that the sequel would be simultaneously launched on Vita.

Type of game is really not suited for a big screen or hunched at a desk. It is perfect fit for the Vita (would have got it on the iPad if I had one) which is the reason I haven't picked it up yet.

The walking dead? Don't agree there. I'm playing it with the wife so big screen is better. I think it's the perfect game to play along with someone.

I thought it looked great on the big screen.

I always feel these type of point and click-esque games are better on a portable for late night lying in bed gaming. But fair enough if you are playing it with another.

First time I heard about it was last night when a friend told me about it. Got a few other platforms I could play on but cock it, I'll wait til the Vita release.

It's really not much of a point and click game. In fact, there's very little actual gameplay in there - it's very cinematic, with the narrative being the main focus. Think of it more like Heavy Rain than, say, Sam & Max. So it's actually perfect on a big screen.

It's good that the game is coming to the Vita, but that doesn't mean people should wait for the port and disregard the version they've already bought /planning to buy (especially considering how cheap it is nowadays). Besides, there's no date for the Vita release, it could still be ages away.

Just ordered myself a 32GB card. Apart from the screen icons not copying across anything else I need to be aware of? I know how to do the backup/restore procedure, cheers.

Shouldn't be too long should it? There's already an iOS version, ports from iThing to Vita can't be that time consuming?

Please don't let the comparison put you off! The Walking dead is really cool. Heavy Rain was just shite imo.

So what's the deal with not replaying it? I haven't played it yet, btw.

Such great news the last few days. I imagine the Walking Dead port will be the boxed release at a budget price? Really happy about Jak and Daxter as I've wanted to try them for a while. PS+ is excellent for April too, two games I definitely wanted.

100 games this year is great news too.
