I tend to like card games, in Might and Magic, Knights of the Old Republic and Final Fantasy I think I spent more time playing the card games then doing anything of the actual quests.

I spent far too long on that card game in Tales of Vesperia. I think 21/Blackjack variants have magic powers to suck me in...

Anyway. Uncharted is much cheaper and less risque than the only other card game that I can think of on the Vita. ;) I am tempted to give it a whirl one day, but for now I have enough on.

Oh, in other news, I've noticed more romance visual novels are coming to the Vita (in Japan), so maybe the PSP romantics will ever-so-ever-so-gradually begin to graduate to the Vita. /wishful thinking

Is the Uncharted card game any good?
Worth 2 if you like card games.

It is very unbalanced though and you really need to have platinumed Uncharted to get the most out of it.

I am having fun with it.
Haven't booted it up yet but after continually unlocking cards in Uncharted I felt I should really buy it.

So that new AC name that was recently leaked - Rising Phoenix - looks like it might be another Vita game, due in October.

I'm not sure if I want to replay it quite so soon but I think it would be a great game to show other people. It should look lovely on the Vita's screen.

    @TFM_Excalibur

A bit late with a reply but I'm not getting any such errors. I'm on 3 and all seems fine.

I'm excited for the new AC.

Would you guys recommend Machinarium if I have never played it before? I absolutely love how PSN games come out of nowhere on Vita.

Which Vita Lego game would you say is best?

Has there been a release date or previews for any of this years Vita Lego games?

There may well be a thread for this, but what Japan-exclusive vita games do y'all recommend?

I have a friend going over in a month.

Not sure the Vita will be the best platform for it though. Maybe iPad if you have one. It's also only 2.99 on the App Store. Just saying. Disclaimer: I only have the PS3 version that was free on PS+ and haven't really played it much.

@dutchspeededup I think it's basically the Vita Project Diva game. Forget the name.

@dutchspeededup Yep, totally agree with Project Diva f. As for other games, what's your level of Japanese and are there any genres you have in mind?

    Morning chaps.

I'm afraid my Japanese is largely non-existent, so text-heavy games are probably a no-no. As for genres, I have (small c) catholic tastes. Any and all options considered.

Got 94% trophies in the Uncharted card game, can't get the win an online match trophy cause there's no one bloody online lol.

Has anyone bought and played the DLC? Worth it?

@dutchspeededup Offhand, games that I've heard people say they played without any real Japanese knowledge include DJMax Technika Tune (another rhythm game but there is a US release if you prefer that), Hello Kitty Block Crush (pong), Senran Kagura Versus (sorta Dynasty Warriors-ish only far less safe for work), Monster Monpiece (card game by Compile Heart, with all that entails). There's Phantasy Star Online 2 but that's free on the Japanese PSN. I think there's also one of the Gundam Warrior games but not really read/seen anything about it.

From my personal experience I'd really recommend Project Diva f. I think everything else I've played would come under text heavy.

Okay, so it's not just one Hyperdimension Neptunia related game headed to the Vita.... not two... but three.

    Compile Heart have faith! Blimey.

By the way, for those awaiting Dragon's Crown news, there should be something in Famitsu on 21st (possibly earlier if leaked). There's also going to be something on Acquire's new Vita game in there.

@aros Don't go near Lego batman vita, pretty bad port. So far I've enjoyed lotr, but haven't had a chance to play over the weekend. I'll give it a proper go over the week and give more details.

Epic Mickey 2 is coming to Vita at some point this year.

Maybe it will work better with the touch screen but think they may have missed the boat a bit with it.

Quell Memento is also coming out, looks like an interesting puzzler, glad to see the Vita is getting the Indie love.

That's quite a few new games announced for the Vita over the last week or so. Hopefully Sony will give the Vita a great E3 and not just focus on the PS4...
