Hamilton fucking stormed it. Hopefully be a great race tomorrow.

Fernando's dig at Pirelli really put a damper on things. I know he likes to whinge a lot , but focus should be on the racing. This tyre debate has dragged on for way too long

The Red Arrows feature tomorrow with Hamilton and Coulthard looks brilliant.

The Hamilton spunking is back with a vengeance in the media today (lots of 'THAT lap' shite swirling around). It's like people have forgotten Mercedes have had by far and away the best car in qualifying all season. Of course it was all kept a bit low key when it was Rosberg repeatedly kicking Hamilton's arse.

I might be a bit sunburnt, and will be a bit worse for wear tomorrow, but it was so totally worth it for the stonking atmosphere when Lewis crossed the line.

    Utterly utterly astonishing.

Yeah it was great and then swiftly followed by Sam Bird winning the GP2. I still think it will be Red Bull tomorrow but you never know.

Di Resta might end up starting from the back because he ran 1.5kg underweight.

Huge cock up from Force India. Feel bad for Di resta, nothing to do with him. Back of the grid is the fair and standard punishment.

Paul DiResta will start from the back of the grid or the pits #F1 #bbcf1 for tomorrow's #BritishGP. Car was 1.5kg underweight :-(

I know it's the rules but it seems very harsh for 1.5kg underweight

On the BBC report the team boss is saying that he was weighed in under weight, and that when they weighed him again later, he was back up to normal weight.

He either consumed a lot of food in that time, or the weight was wrong. Or he's lying/confused about the matter.

1.5kg is 1.5l of water. Not hard to down something like that when thirsty, hot and in a hurry ;)

Dehydration can easily happen. It gets hot in those cars.

It's not like they don't know that. They fucked up, simple as that.

At least you've got there. When I went there I took a wrong turn and ended up in the centre of Brackly; desperately looking for a road sign that indicated the way out of the bloody place. :-)

    Bummer for Di Resta.

Still, looking forward to this today. I`m expecting a decent race.

The GP2 race was pretty entertaining this morning, such a shame they can't just bolt some F1 engines into those things really.

Hope everyone that's there has a grand ol' time today. Don't forget the suncream! I think I've had sunburn every time I've been to Silverstone.

    Luckily I've found some shade!
I got fried on my one previous visit back in '99 so learnt that lesson! :-)
