Try and get through 30 seconds or so of either of these. I managed to last almost an entire song the other day as I'm a masochist who was so bewildered by it that I had to listen to the majority of it just to confirm that it really is as incredibly awful as I suspected. I found it amusing at first until I realised that this isn't a joke, they're getting paid for this and people actually like it and spend money on it. I basically lost all hope in humanity at that point.

Genre is 'screamo-crunk', which basically translates into crunk rap (i.e. Lil Jon sort of thing) with some screaming. Unfortunately this sort of music exists, and as I said they do have fans and they are taking it seriously.

Band are called Brokencyde (I'm hesitant to name them as I don't want to promote them in any way).

Nope, like I said they are being totally serious and they do have a record label. Said record label is owned by the Kottonmouth Kings, who I don't mind musically, but they don't seem to be all that intelligent.

It's fairly horrible but it's nowhere near as horrible as the bland manufactured R&B pop crap that you hear in clothes shops. At least there's some energy to it.

Like the first video comment - I too cannot decide if it's the best or worst thing I have EVER seen. I do know that a visit to the pie shop may not be unwarranted.
