Wargame: Red Dragon has just had a 33% cut on Steam.

Excellent strategy game with an absolute TON of depth. Only came out last month too.

Oh and it is pretty great. A bit too close to city and the riddler collectables are shit but the story is excellent and the combat/stealth is as good as ever.

If they put more time/effort into making sure all bugs are squashed before release i would totally like to see the, do another batman game.

Having a bug like that air vent one was a big oversight. Thats something that shouldnt have been missed.
But yeah it is a great game. Loved it.

What bug is that? I haven't played the game yet, all the reports of bugs put me off.

They've fixed it now, but there was a vent you had to grapple to, but you can only catch the bottom of it then pull yourself up. You could catch it, but not pull yourself up for some reason.
I don't know of any bugs that still exist. I doubt there are any game breakers any more. Apart from that big one, I never found any playing through it almost to 100% three weeks after launch.

Really great stuff so far - but I've only been able to play it in short bursts because I find it too blinkin' scary.

/breathes a sigh of relief after finding another light-switch

Just in case anyone misses it, there are some nice grabs in the Steam weeklong this week.

Pool Nation just over a quid, Primal Carnage, Dead Space 1/2, Mirrors Edge all under 3 quid plus a few more bargains.

I'm just not very good at this 'PC Bargain' business. 'The Wolf Among Us' seems to have been floating around for under a tenner for blinkin' ages - then as soon as I go to buy it I can not find it for cheaper than 20.

I noticed today that Mutant Mudds Deluxe actually received a price increase on Steam. It's now up to 9.99, from its previous price of 8.99.

I noticed something similar for Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs. It used to be 15.99, but during the recent sale, its base price was actually up to 16.49. And it's stayed that way even now that the sale is over.

I'm wondering if there's a database with all these price hikes for Steam games. I don't like this concept much - digital games aren't subject to availability issues, so prices should only ever stay the same or go down with time.

I remember reading something about an eventual tax increase in the UK, but that shouldn't happen until next year, right? Or are they just getting prepared so that, come the summer sale, they will make more money? If so, that's despicable.

@FatSternKikwi I went to get it and i already own it! /o\

This is starting to happen a lot now... I don't ever remember buying any of the stuff i own. Maybe I should stop buying and start playing the stuff i own?

Great find though - it won't be like that for long!

Nice, thanks for the heads up!
I couldn't see it on their specials section or top sellers, had to manually search for it, but it's there right enough.
