    Probably not worth the money.

Iam curious by aliens simply because you hear it is so terrible then hear the pc version is actually fixed (mostly). On the other hand I have so many great unplayed games why should I bother installing a bad to mediocre game.

Known as 'Sharzam' in 98.5% of games

Yeah PC has had a massive 10gb of patching, to be fair to Gearbox they really cleaned it up. It still has the problems of fairly poor (but still a laugh) campaign that's Aliens for 12 year olds and dodgy AI but it's nowhere near the disaster it supposedly was at launch. Online and the bughunt DLC (which you can play online or alone) are where the fun is though.

If you like Aliens go for it and you'll get some enjoyment. However If you buy it only for the SP campaign you are buying for the worst part of the game.

Do that - play the games you bought by your choice, rather than chucking cash at a game because it's got 'Aliens' in the title. Boy was I tempted at that price - but I managed to hold myself together and no.

Humble have added Metro 2033, Risen 1 and Sacred Citadel to their Deep Silver bundle.

Edit: I forgot to mention yesterday that these are free additions if you already bought the Humble Bundle last week, or you can pay over the average (about 3.50) to get them now instead.

Personally I'm looking forward to trying out Sacred Citadel, as it looks like a quite nice Golden Axe kind of thing.

Amazon.co.uk have opened up a Games Download section, which is nice. Strange - it says at the top of the page "Digital Games - beta", but I could have sworn they'd been selling digital games in boxes for years and years!

    From their Terms of Use:

The Store is currently only available to customers located in the United Kingdom. We regret that you may not use the Store if you are outside the United Kingdom.

I presume they'll be enforcing that much as Amazon.com does, but still, something to bear in mind.

    I'll never give it up!

Edit: they've even capitalised the store name specifically to annoy ME! Digital Games Store would be fine - a digital store for games. Or just Digital games store - sure, why not. But they've fucking called it the fucking "Digital Games store"!!! Even though it's only for download games, and they have digital games in other departments (PS3, Wii, etc)! :champ:

Sometimes I get extremely close to vizzini territory and consider sending them an email.

Farming Sim 2013 is a tenner on Gamefly. I've not yet spent that much time on it due to backlog but it's quite a fun sim.

Of course no FS mention goes without this :)

Shouldn't it still work? They're one and the same on Steam, are they not?

I could be massively wrong there though.

Edit: Damn, got beaten by milliseconds!

As mentioned it's a steam key so will work on PC. It's also been confirmed by people who have bought it on Hotukdeals.

Tempted to get it myself but I've still not got round to playing civ v and still feel a little burnt on what I paid for it and what it has been since. On a side note does anyone know how well it will run on an Athlon II X3, around 2ghz I think and an integrated gfx card, I cant remember the model but think its around the same power as a radeon 3000. I it can run starcarft 2 on low. I'll be staying with a relative and thats to the best I can remember their PC.

It's not up on UK yet and I would imagine US and UK have their own pricing and sales anyway.
