Prototype 2 is 60% off (7.99) on Steam today...worth it?
    I loved it.

Beware though it has serios, and I mean serious memory leak problems.
It's great so far, well worth 7.99. The super-jump and parkour shit is awesome.

I'm curious about those sites...are they not pirates?

I've used that site. The prices are cheap because they're foreign CD keys, I got Battlefield 3 from there, I can only download the Russian version of BF3, and have to get a separate English language patch to play it. I think that's just a BF3-specific problem them.

I think it is a licensing thing. So depends on publisher, as different prices and rules for Russia due to the rampart piracy. As a result Russian versions of games are alot cheaper than rest of the world, but are region locked and/or missing languages.

So you cant just buy the cheap tax free version. Personally i only buy games from EU/US sites that way you know English is supported and fully works with Steam or Origin.

Known as 'Sharzam' in 98.5% of games

I've used Play-SC.com plenty of times with no problem, paid with PayPal,instant delivery, got a refund straight away when They slipped their release date for Need For Speed by a week. Everything I've bought has been an English version, apart from Battlefield 3, but they made it clear in advance that it needed a patch, and linked to it from the product page.

I notice that Trine 2 is on sale via Steam for 2.99 at the mo with the Trine 2 Franchise Pack on sale for 3.99. Seems reasonable.

There's a 20% voucher (GMG20-P4DLK-FKYRS) at GMG at the moment so you can get Tomb Raider for 21.60.

Yep, they'll provide a Steam key shortly before the release date.

Although the earlier you pre-purchase from GMG, the later they'll send you the key, amazingly!

If you've got the 20% discount at Gamersgate (for buying or trying to buy the Bethesda pack or Borderlands 2 so cheaply), it's 21.56 there, and you'll get some store credit back for buying it (and reviewing it and rating it).

Personally, though, it's 24 for a boxed pre-order anyway - I'd at least wait for a week after launch for the comfort of reviews, the first patch, and a probable drop to 20 already. :p

I had no idea they'd made another Giana Sisters game. I feel the need to spend 4 on it for old time's sake

    Mundane task simulator 2013

For some reason I find those games, as well as Farm Sim to be just fucking awesome to unwind with. It's bizarre, but they're just ridiculously compelling.

No, but it does have some tricky bits where you need to reverse.

I am now very tempted by Euro Truck Simulator 2. I too like such nonsense on PC.
