what would you like to see the wiimote used for in games?

e.g. holding the remote and nunchuk over your head and parachuting downwards pulling down either side to control where you land.

I would like to see it used for playing new triple a titles.

    /has a long wait

Maybe if there was game where it rains and you have to use the remote as a hat.

Or if there was game where you walked your dog, you could have so much fun walking around the sitting pretending you were bringing the dog for a walk...

    Jeez the list is endless.

The day they release "Porn: The Game- DVDA edition" with realistic wiimote gestures is the day I die a happy man.

    Probably literally.

I just thought of one because somebody in an Xbox thread said the word 'bobbing'.

Strap the Wiimote to your head, and then you could have a bobbing-for-apples game.

    Fisting game.

Take 4 wiimotes, and strap them to the chests of four people. Then, from left to right, shoot them in the back of the head with a crossbow.

I can think of all sorts of uses for it in sex games... as well as a bunch of attachments for it. =D

You mean besides the obvious Star Wars lightsabre, a decent controler for FPS's on console, and the possible revival of point and click adventures right?

Did you not see my bobbing-for-apples idea?

You could also swing the wiimote at an imaginary Pinata. Or use it to pin an imaginary tail on an imaginary donkey.

There's a whole collection of party minigames here, I should get in touch with Sega or Ubisoft or someone.

Also, plate spinning. Use the Wiimote to spin on-screen plates, precariously balanced on poles. Keep all the plates spinning or you lose the game!

The only one of these I see happening is the lighsabre, as much as I'd like the point and click revival to happen.

Also, painting. Hold the Wiimote horizontally like a paint roller and use it to paint on-screen walls.

Come on, there's hundreds of ideas.

I agree that doesnt mean they arent cool ideas, frankly why we havent seen things like Day of Tentacle ported to the Wii is beyind me.

If my memory serves me correct, wasn't there supposed to be a Bob Ross painting game for the Wii? That would be great.

I just wish they had at least supported 720p and then got some good god games or rts. Black & White is perfect fit for the wii mote and chuck.

I know! DotT, Monkey Island, Sam and Max, etc. The list of great games they could do is endless.

How about a pint-pulling game where the Wiimote is used to try and pull the perfect pint?

Ohhh, I like that. You could also use the Wii remote to somehow molest the busty barmaid you work with and fight off drunken punters.

It's more fun when simulated! Like with the yard work simulator on The Simpsons. :)

Ooh, and you could also have a level before the painting where you use the Wiimote as a wallpaper remover (one of the chipping, chiselling ones, not a steamer - don't want to make the game too easy). Then you'd need a level where you use the Wiimote to sand the wall down before applying the first coat.
