Argh, lost the largest amount of souls so far last night, about 16k. I had just finished off Hydra and then proceeded up the ladder where I found the 3 cats. I had finished off one of them but thought I'd go the other way due to my sorceries being a bit low and headed up the other ladder and got caught out by a bunch of ents.
Thought I'd quite easily get back to my body with all my sorceries refilled but those ents came even more thick and fast. Bloody gutted as I was away to buy the dragoncrest ring to boost my magic. I really should of just farmed an easier area instead of scouting out a new area.
It really is a game you should never take liberties with. I should know this by now but I can't help but explore. Doh!
