Returning it to MS is a pain in the ass though. Additionally, it would seem that there is no guarantee that it will get fixed either! If I can figure out that it is just the HDD, I'll replace that — otherwise I'll have to do as you say. TBH — I'm pretty sure that it is an overheating issue... AGAIN.
