Pes. It's not theft it's copyright infringement. It's still wrong, but it's not theft or stealingIndeed. Many people can't tell the difference which is why I fear for the internet and these draconian laws.

It's stealing. You're either an idiot or a liar if you say otherwise.
I do agree that the industry needs to find another solution though, because suing your customers is not going to work.
