Yes although Lotro has more of it.
Frankly AoC at the moment is a mess and emotes are a pain in the ass to use.
The chat tools are also crap as are all the social tools.
Simply put, stay away from AoC. I am a player on the RP-PvE server and yes, it can be fun but geez gods it is hard work.
