Live LOTRO interview at 4pm today!
Producer Steefel answering questions.
Turbine's Jeffrey Steefel, executive producer of The Lord of the Rings Online, will be live on Eurogamer.net this afternoon to answer your questions on the Tolkien-licensed MMO and its first expansion pack, Mines of Moria.
As with all our live interviews, you will be able to submit questions through a moderator, and Steefel's responses will be posted to the site as soon as they're done. You don't even need to refresh the page.
LOTRO has just seen the release of Mines of Moria, which takes players into the famous underground Dwarven civilisation, as well as adding two new character classes and Legendary items you can level alongside your character.
We've already reviewed it on Eurogamer MMO and found it to be splendid, in keeping with the high quality of the original LOTRO release, Shadows of Angmar.
As well as Moria, you might want to ask Steefel about the console version of LOTRO that Turbine is so obviously making.
"What makes our game great is the community of players and one of the best parts of my job is interacting with them," Steefel told us. "I'm really looking forward to chatting with Eurogamer's readers about the Mines of Moria."
There's plenty more to read at the Mines of Moria gamepage, ahead of the interview at 4pm this afternoon.

I'm kidding, I love WoW and LOTRO equally, for different things. Can't really think of anything to ask later though, so I'll just read it when it's over.

I think that's a good sign, really.

Thank you.

Here's some though:
- When is the first free book expansion planned for and what will it include (12-man raid please!)?
- When is the Month of the Kinship, and what features have made it in?
- Any plans for administration of custom chat channels (we use one for alliance); would be really handy?
- Suppose related is are there any plans for features to facilitate kinship alliances?
- Are the community features coming to the EU at the same time as the US launch?
Cheers,
Krusty (Dodo)

- Any plans to revisit the new hard cap of 15% on BPE (block, parry, evade)... some classes are built around this, and deserve a higher cap in my opinion (or no cap at all, but dimishing returns instead), e.g. burglar, guardian and warden.
