The Fly is on Film4 at 11. It's a great movie about a guy who turns into a fly.

B Movie type with Nathon Fillion. A small town is taken over by an alien plague, turning residents into zombies and all forms of mutant monsters.

Could be worth a late night tune in or record.

It's a fun film with one real stand-out moment that makes me itch when I think about it.

Where the woman gets bigger and bigger and then just tears apart to release the creatures inside....yuck!

Well worth watching if you haven't seen it before - it seems to be on every few days. It sounds boring, but it isn't. You'll have a hard job not adopting a silly laugh after watching it too.

Just missed the start on C4 but if you have C4+1 you can catch the new Star Trek movie at 7:30. I'm not a Star Trek fan but I thought it was a really decent film, well worth watching.

Films get on TV quick these days.
