A big w00t for Mr. Morriss, whose shiny Sony car CD player arrived on my door this morning, nicely packaged in Dutch newspaper cuttings - a touch of class indeed!

    Smooth operator.

So morriss speaks Dutch, eh? I'd have figured that he wanted to learn proper Danish first... ;)

Oh since we're here...wasnt an out an out trade but Hurleybird sent an EXCELLENTLY packaged xbox motherboad to me in doublequick time, so if he ever offers a trade, he's top notch.
    Yay me!

I had no idea about this thread, and didn't consider our "swap" as anything official, otherwise I'd have thrown in a couple of After-Eights too.

As for Furbs, (erm this is hard to stop giving ebay style feedbad) he was mega helpful, totally went the extra mile! Shame he's not on MSN!! :-)

    /can't resist any more!

    Should I be concerned?

I know he's a regular, works nights and other people have swapped with him before, but i'm having a few doubts about Sephy. Serious doubts.

Last Friday we agreed via email, to swap 2 games each.
Sephy requested I post recorded delivery and provide him with a tracking number.

I went to my local Post Office on my lunch hour on Monday and posted my games in a large jiffy bag, recorded, first class delivery!
That evening I emailed Sephy the tracking number and awaited a reply back.

    3 days later and nothing.
    No games.
    No reply.
    Nothing.

I was originally told he would send the games in a few days i.e- Saturday, early this week.

With it being Friday tomorrow im getting a little worried.

    your thoughts please!
    You have an electronic mail

Oh dear, that's not what I'm known as, is it?

Believe me, I want the games to be around for me to get one.

And RR wasn't for me, it was for a mate. No, honestly ;-)

Sal's stuff still hasn't arrived, he doesn't respond to my mails, and the game is in a miserable condition.

    /spots contradiction

It was all a lie! Was a pleasure doing business with him! :)

I replied to the existing email from you

but it wont matter if the games turn up today anyway :)

    very sorry for the delay

now trades are subject to accepting the goods may be delayed(in addittion to the recent decision to make all trades via recorded post only except two posters). Guarenteeing the post date is only making me look worse when I miss it :(

Cheers prof! It was great doing business with you - Donkey Konga turned up today, with enough packaging to protect it from a WMD! Superb condition, and delivered at top speed - thanks to you (and your mate!). Cheers again buddy.

Just received Nintendogs from Singularity so that's 2 smooth deals with him, and also fairly recently, received Meteos from Hairy Arse so that's a +1 in his direction also.

To sum up, Kentmonkey, Singularity and Hairy Arse are fine upstanding individuals who you should have no qualms whatsoever of dealing with.

Read Murbal's last post. Swap "Tomo" for "Murbal".

    Add: "Hefty packaging too!".

    Cheers.

Dr. Haggard gets a big hearty virtual pat on the back today for his sterling work in bringing Shadow of the Collossus in demo form to us unwashed but appreciative EG masses.

We need an EG equivalent of the Golden Joystick awards. Perhaps we can call it the Golden JossStick or something equally inane.

    Anyway much appreciated Doc!
