Or at least pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Don't know how I feel about him in a film like that, seems the tighter scripting style might hurt the funny.

I used the 'only two types of people wear sunglasses inside; blind people and assholes' bit on myself yesterday.

I thought the trailer looked promising myself. I'm looking forward to it anyway.

I was thinking the exact same thing as the thread title as soon as the trailer started :)

It's improvised just like Curb, basically Larry and his team made this instead of a season 9 of Curb.

I think the feature length will probably mean it's not quite as good as Curb - these things never really work when you string them out - but I so also think a move away from the world of Curb will be a good thing. Was all getting a bit tired.

That trailer made me laugh more than almost any Hollywood comedy of the last 20 years.

Just looked like Curb. Which is no bad thing of course.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I love Curb with a passion, it's one of the few comedy shows that makes me laugh like a drain and the form factor suited the rather silly style perfectly but it was getting a little threadbare after so long. nice to see them branchin out, but I'd like a fresh show more than anything.

Are we not getting a new season of Curb then? Hands down the most consistently funny TV comedy.

Looks like it could have a lot of potential. And great to see Michael Keaton is in it. I've never understood how he hasn't had a bigger career.

No more curb makes me ridiculously sad.

As others have said, it's consistently the funniest show on TV.

'bout to be Michael J fucked-up!

It says it right there in the trailer too.

Surely it would have tken minimal effort to remember back 30 seconds before you posted :)

Amazing make-up work on Larry David for his "The Dude" look in the early scenes... even knowing it's him I can't tell it's him.

Took me a while to 'see' him!

    I love Larry David.

... even his Woody Allen film, 'Whatever Works', is worth seeing.

It's out now. It's alright. Pretty much "Curb Your Enthusiasm - The Movie" for most of it, though it has a horrible sag in the middle where plot takes over from Larry David being Larry David.
