I loved the book, but not yet seen the film. I do wonder if it's one of those 'better if you've read the book' films.
You probably understand a little better what the film is trying to convey. It's not very good as a film on it's own and it kind of has odd changes from the book but generally it's faithful...which it probably shouldn't have been if it was going to be any good as a standalone film.

David Attenborough's Africa is on UK Netflix. It's beautiful and a little bit heartbreaking at times.

I really enjoyed the cloud atlas. I haven't read the book. I can fully understand why somebody wouldn't like it.

    Danke.
There is also an android app called Netflix global search! You can search across all regions. You can set alerts to let you know when there are new episodes of a TV show and what regions it's available in. You can also see new releases and search by genres. It's really good.

If you've got something like Unblock US, how do you switch the region from US to others? Is it the location?

go to the unblock us main page and log in. There's a drop down menu to switch region.

My main gripe with the ad is that it stays running in the background. Irritating.

So I decided to buy this and I quite like it, seems better organised than Moreflicks
But what it lacks is the break down of seasons. Not all regions have the same seasons, so it's not obvious which region you need to switch too. Might email them and see if it's coming. Otherwise all good, especially the ability to add favourites. Dead handy when you can't remember films you've found.

@Dougs It does have a breakdown by season. If you click the film strip looking icon next to the title it tells you what regions it's in and what season each region has.

I just bought the app to. The basic searching and browsing is better than using the site so that's a great start. However, when I tried searching by director and it didn't work as it wanted something in the title field,

    Hummingbird

For a Jason Statham movie, there's a surprising lack of actual action, but I was surprised how much I enjoyed it.

It won't set the world on fire, but there's worse ways to waste away a couple of hours.
