    Sorry if this has been discussed ad infinitum, but I guess I'm newish here and I just noticed 'More from the web' under a news story on the front page. There was a link to the Express going on about Myleene Klass on a night out, a link to the Telegraph writing about ISAs, and something about a funny loaf of bread some woman somewhere found.

    What. The. Fuck?

    If these were links to the 'normal' media discussing gaming, or something tangentially related to it, I might get it, but I've had EG in my gaming bookmarks for years now, and this seems pretty wrong headed.

    Again I realise this has most probably been discussed in another thread, but I couldn't find it and I had to get it off my chest. Okay, all done.

    Member of EG staff explains it here.

    Give yourself 5 or gig, you're worth it.

    It seems adblock blocks it, so it's probably 1 of the 7 tracker findings that eg.net throws up.

    heh, make that 8 on the news articles. Porntube websites run less than this :D

    (Apparently)

    Yeah to me it felt very SEO-friendly, and I'm sure it's all monetised up. I mean it's fine, I'll never click on that stuff, but I guess I come here to avoid that stuff and now it's here.

    I'll go read the explanation now. It better be good. ;)

    @graysonavich

    Tom's Hardware is legendary for the sheer amount of shit er...trackers or whatever that gets loaded with each page. I counted 25 thingies last time I used that fucking site.
