I went from thinking this was just ok to quite enjoying it. Played in the bath last night and was a shrivelled prune when I got out. Not sure why I'm telling you all that but... True story
You took your Vita in the bath? Braver man than I.
It was a test run but I think it might become the norm.

Every single Bethesda developed game this gen has launched that way yet they still won GOTY with Fallout 3 and Skyrim.

tbh, I've only recently converted from gaming on Nintendo consoles. Haven't experienced this before. That 'Nintendo Seal of Quailty' means something you know!

Picked this up for 28.50 from Tesco (instore) this morning. Was under the magic 30 and I really like the idea of AC on the vita.

    28.50! I paid 40 quid. that's a much more reasonable price.

Still liking this more and more as I get further in. My favourite AC game so far.

This is very good but the game world is very gamey now. I know it's never been realistic but the costumes make it feel like a game, I half expected a raccoon tail costume.

Odd mechanics like posters reduce the slave notoriety only and assassinations the lady persona only and it feels like the world is geared towards your character playing dress up. Mund you, it Looks and plays fantastically.

Is that fairly early on? There's a hole at one end on the side, walk up to it and you'll slide under, the crates inside.

All done. Great game - hope they make a sequel. The way the game is set up as an Abstergo VR experience allows for any scenario going forwards.

Can't be bothered to 100% it so off to trade it in for Black-Ops.

BTW - Aveline >>> Connor. Much more charm and wit. And a sexy accent. Connor reminds me of Anakin - all moody and bland.

The only thing that really urks me is the inconsistent frame rate.

Overall the missions are a challenge but suit the handheld nature of the title. Not too much silly Vita control issues (bar the use of the rear camera. WTF!!?).

Not finished it yet but hope Aveline returns for a sequel. Great to have a strong female lead in an AC game.

Right, I'm dressed as a lady in the docks trying to get into a warehouse. I get that I need to avoid the henchmen and thugs, but why are the guards attacking me too? I thought they liked me in this persona? And what do the red dots on the map represent?

They do unless you're in a restricted area and/or your wanted level has increased.

When you're dressed as a lady the red dots represent thugs who try to mug and her their wicked way with Aveline. If you charm soneone then they will fight these thugs for you when you get too close.

When you're dressed as an assassin or a slave, the red dots represent guards.

Is anyone else still playing this?

I think it's soooo badly made. I'm on sequence 4 and nearly every other thing I do seems broken. I was looking for clues to find her Mum's hut and took literally hours to work out I was meant to be pressing L1 when I found each one - no help from the game whatsoever.

I assassinated some fella in a fort and the condition was to assassinate him without being spotted. Fine did that. Then it said escape without being spotted. Fine. Then it said loot his stuff to complete the mission - I'd just spent 5 minutes escaping the bloody fort. Now the game wants me to go back in to loot his stuff?

So many missions fail before they've even told you what the conditions are. I really like the character and the location, but, I'm really about to give up playing it. It's just not fun anymore. I'm worried I'm going to throw my Vita against a wall fairly soon!

i just got bored of it. Didn't enjoy it, to much fannying about here and there, change in to this outfit now change in to that. So traded it in for Sonic Transformed for the Vita. Already having more fun. It is brilliant. Noticed a lot of dropped frames, until the update was installed, now it's miles better.

Hm, I'm only on sequence 2 but I'm already a bit bored. Seems a decent Assassins Creed game but I think I'm just bored of them all. Might trade it while it's still worth something.

I think AC2 and Brotherhood is all the Assassins Creed I need. Started Revelations but lost interest *very* early on and I'm glad I didn't pick this up when it first came out and my excitement levels were high.

Having played and completed AC1 through to AC: Revelations, for me this is the most straight forward title I have come across in the franchise. I'm on Sequence 7 with 100% sync.

It always tells me what I need to do as well as what not to do at to achieve full sync at the start of each section of the mission. Once that info is gone though, you won't see it again unless you fail one of the tasks or restart the checkpoint. In AC2 - AC:R you were always reminded of what not to do to achieve full sync on the pause menu.

I keep looking for them in the pause menu and get annoyed when they aren't there. In the end I've given up on full sync and am just enjoying it for the quality assassins Creed game on the go that it is.

Its not as captivating a home console creed but its very good.
