I'm in the 'mixed feelings' camp, myself. He used to be my absolute hero, but then I worked for him and that will knock the shine off many heroes.

I'm calling it, he will form a studio and team with EA partners where he will make a Syndicate RTS.

Watching his latest video interview I had a sense this was coming. Pete's had alot of hate recently but he has a real passion for game development and small Indy will suit him well. Be great to follow 22 cans. I'm betting on an IOS game. Easiest was to establish yourself and make a quick buck.

He hasn't done anything good in a while and only shows up to troll loyalist retards with impossible hype so no big loss. Still interested in what he is going to do next though of course.

    mixed feeling over this.

I am probably one of the only few people in the world that loved Fable 1 and enjoyed Fable 2. (Fable 3 deserves to be burnt at the stake next to Jar Jar Binks)

Man was clearly fed up of being MS studios poster boy. I see him returning to PC and related platforms (IOs & Android) getting out of AAA blockbuster game development culture.

Well, he's been accused of being pushed out for pedophilia in here, so maybe it'll be best if he stuck to the front page.

A lot of industry people read EG without registering. Always worth bearing in mind, I've found.

A week ago he was the bullshit artist of the industry to almost everyone who posted here. Now MS and Lionhead are eating the blame for the downslide of Fable and Peter is the creative genius leaving the evil corporate overlords.

I wouldn't worry about him having an account for long, the authorities will have took his computer off him if there's any truth to the rumours going round.
You mean the rumour you started earlier in the thread? Seems doubtful :)

A guy I know at Lionhead told me Peter left because he never ever wanted anything to do with Kinect and that MS have some contract for Lionhead to make five Kinect games.
