There were a few things that were fairly implausible about the episode, but overall I was pretty happy with it.

I think Saul needs a hug.

I'd like to run my fingers through his beard, not in a gay way obviously.

So I'm not the only one thinking it's turning a little 24 at times.

I thought that for about 2 episodes in Season 1 and it turned out ok, so haven't lost hope.

Definitely can't have a third season without turning silly though.

I was concerned last season that he would be the mole, but think that's pretty much impossible now. But who could it be? Quinn?

I think the real dilemma for the viewer right now is:

If you were Brody would you rather bone Jess or Carrie?

    Jess for me.

If it was a choice between those two, Carrie.

I'm absolutely loving this, UK pace here so posting now before you lot jump ahead of me again.

I think its great its filling the gap 24 has left, don't get the negativity arround the similaritys and you are gonna have similaritys when they share the same arena and some of the production staff. I was thinking that Quinn must have the same doctors as Almeda but I'm sure at the rate he was munching them pills there will be more consequences

Loving this - wonder if Brody's daughter will have some kind of major part in the finale , like the previous season ?

I think Brody may be playing the CIA. My theory is those flashback scenes looked like they were cleverly cut to make it look as if he was co-operating.

Strapped up in a suicide bomb to assuage her guilt.

My word. It's still amazing to watch this after Dexter, to follow up tragic disappointment with tense brilliance.

Really not sure how Brody's going to get away with it though. Surely Carrie isn't going to try to cover -that- up?

I like Homeland a lot, but that crossed the line of stupidity and never fucking stopped going.

Surely Carrie went back to kill Nazir so nobody would ever find out.

Incredible cast. Great production. But this is getting closer and closer to 24 levels of implausibility and ridiculous coincidence.

Yup, it started high; now it's good 24.

Still enjoyable though; but there's no way they could do another season.

Yeah, another season would be quite tough...
They'll get Nazir, and even if they didn't he's not going to trust Brody anymore...Or Hamad for that matter...

Also, do pacemakers really have wireless access? And an option to "kill patient"?

And yet another thing I found out yesterday about Saul...He's Inigo Montoya! That caught me by surprise...Never made that connection...

Don't think anyone is really surprised that things have gotten out of hand. Was a great idea to begin with, but at the end of season 1 I couldn't help but wonder how far they could take it. Really it's damage limitation from here on in.
