    His main attacks involved Zio which my MC resisted those.

    I was going along steadily and wasn't really paying attention for clues before the 1 shot. Only real sign that it was coming was that the enemy was very low on health, which only makes it more frustrating...

    SMT games like insta-death. Light and darkness attack blocking are definitely skills to go for in fusions, although you can get some added protection from such attacks later in the game.

    Although I think you're just talking about a powerful attack rather than a death spell?

    Oops. I let the fog come before I started a rescue! Game over.

    Lucky I had a save from the day previously... just highlights how much social linking I try to squeeze in before a rescue attempt ;)

    @santashi

    I honestly can't remember if it was an attack or a death spell... actually I'll go look on the Wiki... it's called Fatal End and is physical damage. Moderate, but he does power charge beforehand.

    @Gregolution

    That's why I like to do the rescue asap and then social links. Probably not the "correct" way though.

    I'm starting to stress out now... am I doing this wrong by leaving the rescues until the last minute?

    If you do them earlier, does the next event happy earlier or at the same time?

    I assume it happens at the same time. I think you are doing it the way the game wants you to. I just find that if I can battle through the dungeon straight away - then why not?

    If you do them earlier you just "wait until xxx has recovered" every day until the fog clears, then the story advances. Leaving it until the end means you can get your S Links up and fuse strong persona before tackling the dungeon, getting it out the way means you don't worry about running out of time to do it.

    I like to do a dungeon in one go so I don't waste any precious time for levelling up S Links, going out the TV wastes an evening and going back in uses up another day. Doesn't matter if I do it sooner or later but I have a bit more chance if I get my Links up a bit.

    Get it done earlier and you have more time for social links perhaps?

    That's my reasoning.

    You can still work on social links if you put the dungeon to one side for a week or two.

    Yeah, I just like the feeling of having it out of the way.

    @elstoof

    Cheers. Yeah that's how I hoped it worked. My feeling is I want to get the social links up as much as poss and fuse some good personas before I take on the dungeon at the last minute.

    So you get exactly the same amount of time for social links no matter which way you do it if the weather patterns stay the same. Perfect.

    I like to wait until one of those days when there's no one looking to hang out with me, then jump into the TV. Unless its raining, then I hit the library HARD.

    I never hit the library... I do fish quite a lot.

    Did I mention I love this game?

    If you do it early you just get a message saying 'You are waiting for X to recover' rather than the one about the fog/dungeon. No problem with doing it early.

    Does Adachi talk to you if you don't do it early? Whenever I spoke to him before I'd done the dungeon he always said he was too busy with the case to be my social link. ;)

    I liked getting it out of the way earlier so I could get on with my busy social life. :p

    Library on a rainy day gives you double knowledge, if you've read the study methods book you get 3 hits of it for one time block. Only time I bother studying really.

    I'm the same as elstoof, as soon as it staining then it's off to the library!

    Also before an exam it's always good to go library with one of the social links, get to boost that link and your knowledge.

    Meh, last time I tried going our for dinner they had a problem with deliveries or something and weren't open. Don't want to eat in a place like that ;)

    Heh. It does raise a range of stats though. I wasn't doing anything special, really. You should probably end up with maxed out stats way, way before the end of the game. I think. Maybe midway-ish? Sorry, it's been a few months since I finished. :confused:
