    Did anyone watch this on Challenge (Saturday)? It was an hour of regurgitated gaming reviews and news from Game Face (now gone to gaming hell).

    They featured an interview with Randy Pitchford.

    Why is gaming TV so bloody awful?

    It truly is remarkable that in this age of hundreds of channels and with games firmly ensconced in the cultural main stream there is not one credible UK video games review/magazine show. YOu'd think it would be cheap as chips to make as well.

    What was the one that used to be on Sky 1 in the mornings? I think I enjoyed that at the time. They had some weirdo in their loft that you emailed asking for cheats.

    Do you have a games channel, or something like that? I thought I heard something get mentioned at the E3 coverage last week.

    She has a tendency to start spouting off on a soapbox about rubbish using the word "like", "you know" a lot.

    You know, like, I, you know, don't care if you hate sports games, like.

    Plus she presents a show on Total Rock so has basically ticked all the boxes to be Mrs. Kostabi. I'm sure she'll be thrilled...

    I saw this advertised yesterday on sky news in the ad breaks, its on on monday on challenge (11pm i think). Not sure if it is a reluanch.

    Its got to better than playr. (which wasn' that bad until of late)

    It's nice to see upcoming games being previewed on a tv show. And the guy on it makes me laugh and I secretly fancy the girl.

    yeah its not bad. And they seem to sort of know what they are on about as well. Its ok. Certainly watachable and passes the time. Its a bit like playstation access but not as sharply written and as funny (but i guess that is only 10 minutes long though)

    Still think there is scope at certain times of the year to flesh these programmes out a bit more along the lines of film 2013 or something, perhaps a developer interview and acouple of people from gaming websites invovled on sofa talking etc.

    Just caught this tonight, didn't know about it. Showed splinter cell blacklist and crysis 3. Didn't see the start but it seems better than the shit sky1 had a few years back... Was it called gamesvil or something?

    Anyway, next week its tomb raider, metal gear, some new lego city game and something else I didn't catch the name of while posting this.

    This show seems OK to me, considering some of the travesties that have gone before. At least it seems to concentrate on video games.

    That said, I don't like the girl who does outside broadcasts cos she has that Jeremy Clarkson habit of pausing... before finishing a sentence. And she can't keep her hands still. But the other presenters are decent.

    Well there are very few credible film shows (I don't think Film 2013 is credible) or book review shows.
