Finally sort of getting into this after a lot of failed efforts. I'm getting a bit sick of the same snowy wasteland levels though, are there many different environments?

    Snow, desert, urban, coastal, mountain.

There is more variety with the dlc though.

Is the fastest way to swap weapons between characters the locker near claptrap in sanctuary?

If you don't want to dupe them between, then it's pretty much the only way to pass an item from one character to another.

I'd consider helping out but as my Zer0 and Sal are already level 61, then it would be massively hard on you in UVHM ;)

Can anyone tell me how much more I have left on tiny tina dragon keep?

I'm in the castle? A bit past the area where you fight loads of different types of wizards.

I'm incredibly bored but want to complete it and trade it. In hindsight I would have sold after the second dlc as the last two have been average apart from the comedy.

The whole game is average. I've entirely give up on it now. The combat is just so dull, thanks mainly to the atrocious sound design.

If you're where I think you are, then you are near the end. You've gone past the bit with the four moving floors and squishyness on the ceiling? :p

I finished it earlier thanks, was about ten minutes before the end boss. Thought act one was excellent then it was pants after that. Just traded it for a Tenner.

I did love the ending though.

Another Legendary drop last night, from a loot midget in TVHM. An Invader though.

    Chaps
Sorry for im sure what is a stupid question but when it states something like playing: 1-11 on a chaps gamercard or 1-337 what does it mean.
    Thank you

    X-YZZ for the breakdown:

    X = playthrough
YZZ = mission number (if > 100, then Y indicates the DLC release, ZZ represents an internal game mission number)

So 1-11 would be designated mission 11 in playthrough 1, and 1-337 would be playthrough 1, mission 37 in DLC 3 (Hammerlock).

Been farming the Foreman in post-Warrior TVHM for ages to get a lv50 Black Hole for my Mechro.

He finally drops one. A lv49.

    ARGH!

Just ran through the new doc on PC with a buddy. About 90mins of moderately challenging content. Looked really nice but perhaps on the easy side.
Only 2quid though so probably value for money.

So just got this game and I'll be playing solo. Is it drastically different enough from the first game to sustain interest throughout for a single player, as the first became very tedious after about halfway through? Is there more variety and are the missions fleshed out in interesting ways? If so, would it be worth getting the GOTY edition for the DLC or if you've had enough of the main game is that just more of the same? Not playing it for a while so might sell it while it's worth something to purchase at a later date. Ta.

It's less repetitive than the first. Best stick to one playthrough though.

I dunno, the first play through is piss easy, it was only on the second that the game started to present anything like a challenge and I'm not even particularly good at shooters.
I also hated the first one, mainly due to the fact that after I'd cleared a area out, completed an objective, turned around only to find everything had repawned. That got tired real quick.

I guess one play-through would be plenty though if it was only the story/mechanics you we're interested in but for some reason I ended up getting hideously addicted and have poured in about 350 hours.

Minor heads up, due to a (american only) competition, a DLC enemy Rouge (a giant crystalisk in candlerack crag) is dropping three of the best guns in the game: the baby maker (leg tediore SMG), skullmasher (leg jackobs sniper) and the hydra (rouge's usual drop, arguably one of the best jackobs guns in the game).

EDIT: drops are worldwide. Applied by temporary hotfix, so internet connection required.

Ven sent me a code for this. Downloaded it, loaded it up, played about... hmm, 5 hours total?

I just don't get excited by this series. BL1 was fun in co-op for a time, but had serious problems (for me, not as in game-breaking stuff but stuff I didn't like) and BL2 hasn't grabbed me yet. Will carry on, and should try in co-op, but I already don't care about the loot, which is pretty tragic.

Yeah, if there's one aspect BL2 is a bit weaker in compared to BL1, it's the ease of getting decent loot.

Anyone who's just stating this (courtesy of PS+), there are loads of codes for Golden Keys here

Even the ones going as far back as July still work.

    @RedSparrows

I didn't really enjoy the 1st one either and had doubts about picking up Nr2.

Sharzam and me are co-oping nr2 and have just finished the tutorial bit if you feel like joining up and listening to our dulcet tones.

I finished the Mercenary Day mini-DLC last week. It's only a couple of hours long, the map is pretty small, and the missions aren't anything special, but for 2 quid, it was a lot of fun, shooting evil snowmen :)

I did get some decent loot too :)

Does anyone still have this? My girlfriend and I have played through absolutely all of it and only have terramorphous to kill, but we're not even taking 10% health off the thing. Was hoping we could invite someone into our game who can beat him with us. A mate used to have a bee shield and conference call gun and could do it in 15 seconds but eh no longer has the game. We play on 360 by the way.
