It's pretty good but I'll bet it would have been a lot better if it cost 16 grand as opposed to a measly three.

    Haha

I lived next to the SU last year and someone built a snow cock opposite my flat, complete with vein and stick/leaves for pubes. Best thing was that it was standing proudly in front of a church.

I think we can now assume that the igloo has collapsed in on itself, encasing Benno in an icy tomb.

He might be resurrected in a couple of thousand years, but for now, R.I.P.

Nice one. I assume by the lack of any reply from you today that you died last night in your icy tomb?

I will avenge you by throwing some snow around.......

No I'm alive! I've just got back from the Uni library, had a meeting at 9:00.

It worked! I had a nice enough sleep - woke up quite a bit in the night and almost kneed the central support about 3 times, but it was alright. I went to bed about 1ish, I laid down a sleeping mat above the sheets shown in the pics - then i laid an old duvet ontop of the mat, then I laid in my sleeping bag above that. I was fully clothed in my sweat pants and a couple of hoodys (2 pairs of socks) and had my fingerless gloves + wolly hat on.

I was warm enough to sleep to be honest. I got quite cold above my shoulders and below my ankles, but it was manageable. I actually got woken up at 8 by my neighbour who had made me a nice hot coffee, she'd watched me build it all day yesterday and never believed me when I said I was going to sleep in it. Good job she did, never set an alarm for Uni :)

It snowed a good 2-3 inches last night as well and nothing made it into the igloo (I had filled in the gaps between the bricks with powdered snow)

Raised 85 quid for Roundabout Homeless Charity, woo :)

Now I am going to just leave it and see how long it stays up - stay tuned

PS. I will get some pictures onto photobucket

Turn it into a snow cock, use sticks for pubes.

Community Manager is the new title for a mod?
