Yeah, can't condone it at all. He was booked for diving last week as well, wasn't he?

Don't remember him doing anything of the sort earlier this season, the frustration must be getting to him.

Bale has been getting a hard time in the media. He's effectively been labelled a diver.
lets not be hypocrites about this. No talk about "avoiding career-ending tackles" (lolwut? All divers can use that as an excuse), its all wrong and diving.

The risk of getting made at divers is sooner or later, one of your own will do it.

It's cos he's not English innit. Wait for Lionheart Stevie G and England's saviour Wayne Rooney to do it (again).

I guess after not being given any last season (was it) whilst also being the most fouled at home, refs are trying to help us out.
plus we're very anti-Chelsea and Obi Mikel. Bonus points.

We've thoroughly deserved to be in front, just a shame we needed two dodgy penalties to get there.

You deserve to win games if you score the most legitimate goals. That is the only critera.

Big dive by WBA now, levelled it up.

It took Bale to get booked three times for diving before the press here kicked up a fuss.

The career threatening thing was a joke, should have added a smiley.

Bale is an expert at avoiding injury, especially in Arsenal's penalty area.

The chances of getting injured on Arsenal's area are slim to none anyway.

Unless the way you look at it is that you have to score more goals than you opposition to deserve to win. Crazy point of view I know.

Annyway, happy for Arsenal to take points off our competition.

Want us to mind the gap while we're at it?

Absolutely. Coming away with something for Goodison is always good. Very difficult ground.

I agree 100% with kalel, we did not deserve to win that game 2-0, we only deserved to win it 1-0.

Utter travesty. I may join him in crying myself to sleep later.

Motd will be a must watch tonight for the total hypocrisy. They'll be all over Cazorla. If he was British they'd laugh it off.

Somehow I doubt they'll call it 'the lighter side of football' again.
Basically, when anyone dives you come in here shouting " CUNT!!! RETROSPECTIVE BAN HAMMER, SCUM OF THE EARTH", but when an Arsenal player does it you don't hear a peep and you talk about hypocrisy.

    Alrighty then.

    Hated, adored, never ignored.

Don't understand why people give a fuck about him anyway, he'll be off to City in a year or two and he can dive there

Two dodgy pens, but not fussed. Happy to see West Brom drop more points and your lot are hardly banging them in.

@ElNino9 If you go back a page I said it was poor from Santi.

My issue right now is with the coverage his dive is getting. There are worse offenders who don't get This much criticism.

Jumping out the way to avoid an injury is fair enough.

Jumping out the way to avoid an injury, then appealing for a foul or rolling around the floor makes you a twat.

Although, you may be jumping out of the way of a flying leg-breaker tackle, so appealing then would be okay.

I suppose it all depends on the context
