Got a feeling we'll get something against Utd on Sunday.

For fuck's sake. So Mike Riley apologises to Steve Clarke for the penalty against West Brom, and now Mourinho's carrying on like before: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25052981

(Edit: When are they going to fix the bug that happens when you include two clickable links in a single post/comment?)

He seems to have a problem with a boss speaking out about somebody who works for them making a mistake.

Is the Portuguese for "ironic" ironico?

I'd go stronger that. You are being too nice. It's full on hypocrisy. The guy is a bellend. He's become really pathetic. Hope he never wins anything ever again.

West Brom's list of issues was a bit pathetic though. A fair few of them including the penalty they conceded against us on the opening day were 100% correct decisions.

Mourinho's outbursts are just tedious and embarrassing. These outbursts seem to serve no other purpose than sating his vain egoism.

He's become a rather odious little toad.

Still several days wait for me as it's a nasty old derby match on Monday. I don't really like our chances as WBA have been pretty good this season so far, the only plus point is that it's away from home which usually bodes better for us than playing at home!

You are a factory of sadness.

I wonder what odds you can get on WBA being awarded a dubious penalty.

Sky Sports posted a link on twitter for their story about Brendan Rodgers saying there was no agreement for Liverpool to sign Derby County's Will Hughes and no bid had been made.

Andre "Appropriate Name" Wisdom (who Liverpool have loaned out to Derby) replied to it saying "hahaha okay then", and then deleted it again 5 minutes later presumably after realising it was public. Good to know the deal is still on :)

Never really hated Liverpool. When I was a kid I was in awe of them, then in the nineties this turned to a vague sense of pity. ;-)

Now Leeds, Chelsea, Stoke etc... ahh now I remember who I hate and why.

Only Everton fans would say that. :)

Personally I can't say I hate Liverpool, despite their recent troubles and PR gaffs (for which they should be pitied, rather than hated really). They're an iconic club with a fantastic history.

Now Chelsea, on the other hand...

Mess of a club. No wonder their fans bleat on about history so much. Only admirable thing about them.

Also is Flanagan actually starting at CB? Surely Lukaku will have a field day?

It's the whole club. Used to be my favourite "big club" but now they're just insufferable.

I'm actually more concerned about Suarez stamping on one of our important players and sidelining them for the third time than I am about the points.

That said, I think I dreamed earlier in the week that Deulofeu got sent off.

Who's ankle was it he tore down with his studs last time? Distin or Jagielka? Just remember it being very nasty and sly.

Left back, even though he usually plays right back. Im a bit surprised Rodgers didn't choose to play Sakho or Agger at left back, he also seems to be playing every single central midfielder we possess.

I'm guessing the formation will look something like:

    Johnson Skrtel Agger Flanagan

    -----------Lucas
    ---Gerrard --- Allen

    Henderson-----------Coutinho
    ----------Suarez

Edit: This forum does really strange things to the formatting.
