Barton used to be a rwally good player. He just became too agressive on and off the pitch. He was great at City. Still hate him more than any other footballer though

He's up there but not the worst:

    Marlon King / Lee Hughes
    Joey Barton
    Luis Suarez / John Terry

Yeah, he's not the absolute worst.

The most irritating thing about Barton is that he's reasonably intelligent (comparatively), but this just makes him even more stupid somehow. The pseudo-intellectual bullshit he posts on Twitter is insanely irritating. I'd rather he just posted about how much he fancies Rhianna like all these other mongs do.

But on the pitch he was a cunt, but not the very top level for me.

Just to back me up, someone put this in my twitter timeline:

@WhoScored: Joey Barton: In his last season in the PL, only two outfielders (Crouch & Figueroa) played more inaccurate passes than Barton (413)

Yeah he was appalling, I remember seeing his stats at the end of that season and thought how on earth could he retain his place in that side. As much of a cunt that he is, he's a better player than he was that season.

    PSN & NNID: Wedjwants

Has this been done yet Liverpool's phrase ban list

What gets me is that they've probably sat and had a brainstorming session about this...

EDIT - Yes, was linked to yesterday it seems. Wasn't on.

Yes you can. It's one of those urban myth PC gone mad nonsense things, like blackboards being banned etc.

You can - you will sound like a bit of a tosser but if anyone told me that it was un PC to us that term I'd immediately disregard any future opinions or thoughts from said person.

    And I work in HR.

Damn, I like young Caulker. I suppose he was never going to get regular game time at Spurs. Good player though.

On the plus side, I guess this means Kaboul, Dawson and Vertonghen must all be fit for the start of the season. I'd hope so anyway!!

Wow, surprised about Caulker. THought he would develop into a great CB for us. More worrying is that we one Defender short with vertonghen injured already.

Thought Spurs valued him highly and he played 28 times last year. I didn't think this deal would go anywhere tbh but a medical is booked for today.

They are planning on spending the Bale money on an audacious bid for Daniel Alves.

Would rather we just get rid of Gallas already. Caulker was showing a lot of potential.

That list is brilliant. I am happy to see that "You fat bastard" is still acceptable still gives them something to shout at rooney.

In other news Swindon Town is to be a feeder club for young Totthenham Hotspur players which means that our squad has gone from shit to crap.
