    They poluted the purpose of hearting and rating

    The pleading threads were a loss. Keep the heart system if you want but unlink it from the trophy system.

    She's the very sort of person who would benifit from unlinking the rating system from the Trophy system.

    Well, they are incredibly shallow.

    Why does it matter if hearts carry over? The trophy will not be deleted from your PSN account if they do not. I would assume levels can carry over as the list states that all DLC will be, and DLC does include levels.

    I wouldn't be disappointed if user created levels did not carry over though (or at least have the servers are wiped) because there is currently a load of trophy hunting crap up there, and it would be nice not to have the servers full of it from day one.

    Spaff (community manager of MM) said elsewhere that it will be fully backwards compatible.
    A good chance to advertise this site I write for again ^.^

    They never said they were not making a LBP2, they said it would be counterproductive to split the community (or something along those lines). Some people assumed this meant there was no LBP2, when it seems they meant LBP2 will be compatible with the original.

    Some may have known a little bit more about it for a while since they visited MM, but they obviously couldn't say anything since they are under NDA. For 99,9% it's completely new news though. :)

    Have they confirmed the whole feature list that Widge posted? That's incredible. It sounds like they've improved everything tenfold. It's the ultimate game.

    Those screenshots are nice, the game look much richer colour wise.

    In pics 13/14 in looks like the Sackgirl jumps onto the robot and controls him. I already thinking of a Power Loader re-skin for that robot. :D
